All inclusive service. Free drinks and massage chairs.
No spectacular view from lobby and guest rooms. Roof top hot spring bath could be visible (no privacy) during day time, no wash space and limited vanity space. Not convenient access by train.

Food service was buffet of fine quality but reserved table time was too brief
Bad unhelpful front service unlike any we ever experienced in Japan.(carry own bags from entrance,amateurish explanation of facilities).no towels or standard amenities in room,spa under equipped,no coffee service until restaurant opened
