まごころのこもったお宿というだけあって ゆっくり温泉旅をするにはちょうど良い お宿だと思います。朝食も夕食も私達にはちょうど良い量と優しい味付けで美味しかったです。少し前が誕生日だったことに女将さんが気づいて下さりお祝いの手書きのメッセージが嬉しかったです。

夕飯時に固形燃料を使う、お料理が3つもあり 時間差でつけてくださる配慮はありましたが においが少し気になり、消してくれるように頼みましたがスタッフの方が戸惑っていらしたので、何か蓋のようなものを用意するなど あらといいかもと思いましたら。

We stayed for one night for a family trip. The whole experience was exactly what you would expect from a traditional Ryokan. The food was delicious, the manager (lady boss in Japanese) greeted us personally and introduced the dishes. The rice was local from Nikko and was absolutely the best. We also appreciate that the kitchen prepared a kid meal for us. The fancy meal is great but not always the best for young kids. The kid meal had fried chicken and fruit plates; and our little one really loved these. The place is sparkling clean, staff is super friendly. The highlight is the hot spring and the view. We would highly recommend this place to family with young children and elders.

The room was so big comfy, absolutely loved being able to roll around on a futon at night. The staff will clean the room every day and give us fresh towels and yukata which is amazing. The breakfast and lunch options were absolutely delicious. Our attendant Miss Shonika was so kind and attentive throughout the trip, really recommend coming here. The person who showed us to our room is also really attentive and did his best to explain everything. Landlady who came in to greet us during dinner on our first night is really attentive and tried her best to speak to us in English and even wished us "Thank you for coming" in Malay. The onsen was so beautiful and the outdoor bath was so comfy. Loved the view of the mountains and the river below. We felt welcomed and taken well care of throughout the entire trip and we will love to go back there.

Maybe provide shampoo and body wash in bottles instead of packets. They were a bit difficult to use.
