    The building looks very old, and hallways have a haunted vibe to it, but the room we stayed in was clean and bigger than expected. Also, the view from outside our room is spectacular. Staff was friendly! We were asked to pay an onsen fee after we checked out… so be aware of that. Overall, it’s okay for the price. I think it was the cheapest one in the area so, you get what you pay for i guess.

    I have paid the fee via Agoda. When check out, the staff claimed I haven’t paid for my stay. I switched my Agoda app to Japanese interface and shown to the staff that I have already paid for the rent. The 2 staff refused to look into the matter and insisted me to pay 11200 yen on top of my original stay(which has been paid via Agoda!) I still not hear from them or from Agoda concerning the refund or apologies. Terrible attitude!

    The hotel rooms are big but quite old but the view and onsen are nice with the nice price. The location is slightly far from the train station but still okay to go by walk. The foods are good and convenience.

    If you're actively looking for a bad experience… you’ve found the place. From holes in the ceiling to dirty, creepy hallways and cockroaches everywhere, this hotel unfortunately has it all. The staff were kind during our stay, but things took a turn at checkout when they tried to charge us again despite the fact that we had already paid online. At this point, I genuinely think the building is a health hazard. The whole place felt unmaintained, dystopian, and honestly unsafe. Pros The onsen water was warm. Breakfast was actually pretty decent compared to the Dinner buffet. The location is nice. Cons Extremely dirty and run down. Many bugs throughout the property — including cockroaches in both hallways and rooms. Rooms were dusty, musty, and clearly not cleaned properly. Sink in the room was tilted and loose, water couldn’t drain properly. Shower air filter was hanging down, almost falling off. Balcony was filthy and unusable. Visible mold in the room. Dinner was disappointing: lukewarm, poorly cooked rice, and overall bland. My two friends and I felt unwell afterwards. Onsen area was dirty, with slimy surfaces. Indoor bath was extremely run down, with broken mirrors and windows that wouldn’t close. Overall: This hotel needs a full renovation, deep cleaning, and better maintenance. I cannot recommend staying here. I hope this Hotel will get the love it deserves from its owner and emplyees in the future.
