La partie culinaire était excellente avec beaucoup de découvertes très bien servie et le personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Correspondant au standing attendu.
La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien décorée. Seul bémol, la lunette des toilettes pas adaptée et le système de commande du nettoyage mal positionné. De plus le tuyau du pommeau de la douche était en mauvais état, était sale : choquant pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

אהבו מאוד את התרבות של לישון על מזרונים על הריצפה דבר מרענן שונה והיה דיי נעים ישנן ממש טוב למען האמת ובכלל הפוך של המיטה היה כל כך נעים. וכיפי במלון שקט ושלווה. והנוף מדהים מתחת למלון עובר נהר שוצף
ביום שנכנסנו למלון לא היה אף אחד בקבלה שקט ודממה 10 דקות אנו ממתינים וקוראים למישהו בקולי קולות ואין מושיע...ממש לא נעים לבסוף יוצא פקיד קבלה מאזור המשרדים חייכן אומר כן על הכל אבל לא נבין ולו מילה אחת באנגלית פשוט הבן אדם לא מבין כלום גם לא דרך גוגל טרמסלייט זו הפעם הראשונה שלי בכל חיי וטיולי בעולם שישבתי מול פקיד קבלה שעה וחצי ואפילו יותר ממש מתיש ומעצבן עד שיצאה פקידה תושבת נפאל וידעה לתקשר באנגלית אבל באמת סיטואציה לא הגיונית בשיחות מוקדמות ביקשנו שיתארגנו למעננו בארוחות הערב בהגשת ארוחה צמחונית ואכן כך עשו אולם האוכל שהוגש לנו היה אוכל יפני לא טעים בעליל טעם מגעיל וכשהיה מרק תירס קטן קטן ממש בצלוחיתונת קטנה קטנה ביקשתי עוד אחת וסורבתי... הוגשה לנו סוף סוף צלחת ספגטי הצלחת ענקית הספגטי...ממש בקמצנות ביקשתי תוספת ולא מאשרים לי לקבל עוד אחת הובטח לנו סלמון באחד הערבים ומסתבר שסתם הובטח לנו..לא היה ולא הוגש סלמון.. ובעצם אילו הדברים שאותם אדם מערבי כמוני כן אוכל מאוד מאכזב ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מבישה ממש הגישו לנו כמובן ארוחה יפנית..ממש לא טעימה ...כל הדברים שאנו פשוט לא אוכלים.. ביצה קשה קרה מאוווווד ולא היה לחם ביום הראשון אמרו לי שביום השני יהיה וכן היה לחם ומעבר לו לא היה כלום מה לאכול ביום השני הכינו חביתה ומשום מה השף החליט על דעת עצמו למרוח קטשופ על החביתה ממש מגעיל ולא שייך תן לי להחליט מה טוב לי על החביתה בקיצור ממש מאכזב המסדרון בקומה ה11 בקומה שלנו נדף ממנו ריח ממש לא נעים של צמחים ועובש ממש ריח לא נעים שמלווה אותך לחדר בקיצור...לא היה משהו בכלל!!!!
