Couldn’t change air con so it blasted all night

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s close to the city center (about a 25–30 minute walk), but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet after a busy day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend the canal-view rooms enough—the views were beautiful and really added to the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. During our visit, we did the Doge’s Palace tour as well as the Murano and Burano boat tours, both of which I highly recommend. They were easy to access from the city center and made for memorable day trips. There were also several great restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel, making it easy to enjoy the local area. The hotel breakfast was excellent, typical of many European hotels, but with plenty of variety and delicious options to choose from. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay in Venice, and I would happily return.

Everything. Friendly staff. Convenient location. You do need to get a private water taxi that will leave you at the hotel. If not, you’ll need to walk.

Nice quiet area

We got a Junior Family Suite for our stay. The description says it’s a split level room. The photo also showed a bathtub. Our room was not split level and the bathroom had no bathtub. The shower was also extremely tiny (I would hit my elbows when I shower). When I asked why our room looked nothing like the description - we were told this was an alternative layout and that we should have requested for a bathtub to be given one. While I’m normally not so fussy, I would have appreciated if this alternative layout and tiny shower was accurately described in the main booking page so I would have known what we were really getting for a “junior family suite “. It felt very misleading and the explanation given by the front desk was unapologetic and almost condescending.
