Friendly staff. Efficient check in. Clean room.
Stairs from the garage to the elevator hard to manage with heavy suitcases. Very low parking garage. When opening the trunk of my car it hit the ceiling.

Great View. Free washer and dryer - a great bonus.
maybe you could have told us there was an elevator from the train station even though it was a few steps out of the way. No big deal but was hard on my wife going down the stairs

The location was excellent.
The shower in the bath tub and the way shower head was positioned. Also, the wifi did not work.
