    The hotel offers high class stay. The room deco is French elegance. Breakfast has many choices, and you can order fluffy omelette from kitchen. This is such a bonus. The lounge and dining area are with fantastic lake views. Must try their cocktails. You also receive complimentary city guest card which entitles you for free city transportation. We used it for our visit to Chillon Castle. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend.

    A perfect stay from start to finish — honestly a 100/10 experience! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted with our luggage, WiFi setup, tourist information, directions, and transportation arrangements, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. One thing that stood out immediately was how amazing the hotel smelled. From the moment you step into the lobby, the entire property has the most beautiful and luxurious scent, creating a wonderful first impression. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The balcony view was absolutely stunning and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. We also paid extra for breakfast to be served in the room, and it was worth every penny. The selection was generous, the quality was excellent, and everything arrived right on time as scheduled. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional service, beautiful rooms, thoughtful touches, and a truly memorable experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

    Breakfast was CHF29 ppax with poor spread. Staff were inattentive. Location was good being near train station. I would not return.
