Fab location with great views of the lake. Very comfortable large room with balcony. Decent price for excellent continental breakfast. Staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly, check in check out, the bar, breakfast. Every interaction was excellent.
Room was very hot. Air conditioning didn’t come on until April. Slept with balcony door open which helped but then noisy in morning. Was fine but not ideal.

We had a lakeside room overlooking a building site, which to be fair we’d been warned about. It was a good sized room and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
We didn’t know that the spa would be closed for the second half of our stay. This had been a big attraction for us and we were very disappointed - particularly as we’d presumably paid for it. (No refund or compensation was offered.) We were offered the use of the spa at their sister hotel but this was 2km away - hardly conducive to our nipping down in our complimentary bathrobes and slippers for a relaxing dip before dinner.
