Perfect stay in Montreux
Nice spacious room with big bathroom and insane view! Close to train station. Restaurant open until 11pm.

Lovely location, friendly staff but disappointed with the spa.
We had a lakeside room overlooking a building site, which to be fair we’d been warned about. It was a good sized room and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
We didn’t know that the spa would be closed for the second half of our stay. This had been a big attraction for us and we were very disappointed - particularly as we’d presumably paid for it. (No refund or compensation was offered.) We were offered the use of the spa at their sister hotel but this was 2km away - hardly conducive to our nipping down in our complimentary bathrobes and slippers for a relaxing dip before dinner.

We would always choose to come back here if we come to Montreux. It is a wonderful hotel and the staff is just so kind.
As always, the staff was just so lovely and helpful. The room service was excellent even though it was nearly 11pm the burgers and fries were both wonderful.
