About this house rental
Detached house with garden on three sides equipped with veranda and umbrella with dining table and external bbq.
4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed.
Spacious and bright living area with sofas, TV, stereo, dining table overlooking the veranda.
Eat-in kitchen also overlooks a small veranda at the back of the house.
Possibility of equipment for small children.
Two bathrooms one on the ground floor with walk-in shower and one on the second floor with double sink and walk-in shower.
The house is a stone's throw from the sea and via Versilia, the main street of Tonfano where there are all shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets ..
Tonfano is a seaside town located between Pietrasanta (city of art with restaurants, art galleries ..) Forte dei Marmi (luxury boutiques and exclusive restaurants) and Viareggio (with its splendid promenade still with Art Nouveau buildings ) all easily accessible by bicycle.
Versilia is an ideal place to spend your holidays all year round.
The winter sea is very fascinating and you always have pleasant temperatures as soon as the sun comes out.
During the week, a different market takes place every morning:
Monday: lido di camaiore (on the promenade)
Wednesday: Forte dei marmi (famous for the big brands at discounted prices and research articles)
Thursday: Pietrasanta (characteristic village) and Viareggio (there is also organic agriculture and typical local products and clothing) Saturday: Tonfano (a stone's throw from the house where you can also find organic and typical local food)
Sunday: Forte dei marmi (part of Wednesday also takes place on Sunday)
The highway entrances are about 7km from Viareggio and 4km from the Versilia exit.
Perfect for families with children.
Possibility of having bicycles available.
Not suitable for groups of students.
In summer, agreements can be made with bathing establishments within walking distance with or without swimming pool on request.
