Nestled in the stunning Garfagnana region, the villa offers a tranquil retreat while being perfectly positioned to explore the art cities of Lucca, Florence, Siena, and Pisa.
Sillicano itself is a peaceful village with very little traffic, making it a safe and enjoyable place for children to play and explore. Its authentic charm provides a glimpse into traditional Tuscan life, offering a unique backdrop to your stay.

Spacious enough for up to 14 guests, featuring 6 bedrooms (4 doubles, including one with a child-sized bed, and 2 twins—one with 3 single beds) and 6 modern bathrooms (3 en-suite).
Living Areas: Three cozy sitting rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate dining room provide ample space for relaxation and dining.
Outdoor Spaces: A covered veranda with comfortable furniture and a hammock invites you to unwind while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the valley.
Private Pool: A 10x4m swimming pool is set within a fully fenced garden, ensuring safety for children and a serene escape for adults.
Outdoor Dining: The garden also features a BBQ, dining area, and additional seating, perfect for al fresco meals and gatherings.
Additional Information:
Final cleaning cost of €150 to be paid to the owner on arrival.
€50 per pet.
Bed linen charged at €15 per person to be paid to the owner.
A €300 euro returnable damages deposit should be paid to the owner on arrival.
The law in Tuscany requires property owners to ask guests to pay a Tourist Tax of €1 per day per person (5 days maximum). Under 14s do not apply. This will be paid directly to the owner.
Gas propane liquid (for heating, hot water and cooking) at consumption €5 per mc (May, June, September, October only).
Convenience: Parking is available just 30 seconds from the villa in the village car park.
Optional Extras: Enhance your stay with pre-arrival grocery shopping, delivered pre-cooked meals, or private chef services. A "Typical Italian Dinner" experience can also be arranged for one evening during your visit.

The large market town of Castelnuovo is only 5km away, here you will find many shops, restaurants, bar/cafes and the nearest train station that links with Lucca (50 minutes). Other nearby places of interest are San Pelegrino, Corfino, Silico, Barga, the fortress at Verucole and Piazza al Sercchio.
