Private: property 4 ha, large, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 10.Apr. - 09.Oct.) with internal staircase. In the house: heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr. (extra). 500 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
