Location was good and nice area
Early check out of 10 am , clean wise there was a fusty smell from bathroom and few cobwebs round window but other than that excellent.

Staff were courteous and friendly.
No housekeeping one day another day it was late, had to go in to reception to ask for milk etc,

Comfortable bed, good food.
Staff were very rude. Had an abrupt welcome, where the receptionist wouldn’t let us finish what we were saying, just kept interrupting us. Only had one member of staff on for breakfast who was also handling check outs. We could hear her swearing about a large group walk in when she went back into the kitchen and felt like we were an inconvenience for wanting to order food! Also we felt the food was very expensive for what it was.
