We loved our time at this home near central Annecy. Malika and sergej were excellent hosts and most of all the home is in a perfect location to enjoy Annecy and the local area. Location close to bus/train station was great and just about 10 minutes to lake and old town.

The apartment is conveniently located to old town and the lake. It is very clean and well supplied. A small balcony is available and fits two comfortably. Malika was very helpful in recommending things to do and places to visit. I highly recommend this apartment.

This appartment is in a very good location. You can walk into town and the shops and restaurants very easily. The walk to the lakeside beach is a pleasant 25 mins. Very clean and well equiped and good location. Would have no hesitation recommending this appartment. Annecy is a lovely town to visit too.

This comfortable flat was in a great location. It was spacious , clean, and included an outdoor balcony. We were able to walk to the old town and all sightseeing activities. The flat had a washing machine which was nice. The owner responded to all inquiries very quickly and offered helpful information. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment itself is even better than we anticipated. It is large, bright, and excellently located. The view of the mountains from the apartment is also truly wonderful. We were there with our 8 month old and it was ideal. Malika is extremely nice, welcoming, and responsive. She even sought out a crib for our infant. The only small thing to note is that it is a fourth floor walk-up, so be ready for some stairs. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

We had a wonderful holiday. Malika & Sergej were wonderful hosts who made us most welcome in their well equipped holiday apartment. We loved sitting out on the balcony for breakfast with a view of the mountains in the distance. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the indoor shopping centre and the beautiful old town and lake. The apartment is on the 4th floor as described and a great way to keep fit. We kept our bikes in the basement and it was a good way to get around town and lake. Chez Pen is a friendly restaurant at the corner.of the street. Maliki teaches yoga just 2 blocks away from the apartment and these classes are well worth considering during your stay. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you, Gordon & Jeanette

This quaint little apartment was perfect for our family, and is close to a century old!

Malika was the perfect host! She helped us park our car and carry our things up the four flights of stairs! She also made some great recommendations on food and activities. The kitchen and bedrooms were furnished with everything needed. It even had a couple of toys for our two little toddler boys. Malika also helped us understand the map and how to walk to the lake and market. We loved our time and wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic time in Annecy. This apartment was well situated for exploring the town by foot. There is a grocery store very nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped and quiet at night. The Annecy area is beautiful and well worth a visit. The hosts were great at suggesting local activities and provided lots useful information about the area. The apartment is spacious and bright and the view of the mountains from the balcony was lovely. You would not go wrong if you picked this apartment for your stay in Annecy. (only caveat is that it's on the 4th floor, so you need to be able to go up and down stairs). A great spot.

Modern, comfortable, well equiped and very clean apartment. Handy location for the local supermarket and station. Nice little balcony where you can sit in the sun the whole morning. Very welcoming owner. Attention to helpful starter kitchen and bathroom kits. Cooling fan available in the bedroom located in the converted loft. Quiet street and neighbours.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and a 10 minute walk to the old town and lake and only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket. Boats are available for hire which the children really enjoyed and the beach at the north end of the lake was beautiful with a dedicated swimming area with life guards. The old town is magical and really has to be seen to be believed. The apartment was also in an ideal location for visiting Mont Blanc and Geneva. A vingette can be purchased at the border (about €38) and you can also exchange currency here.

Appartement bien placé : proche de la gare et lac accessible à pied. Commerces proches pour se ravitailler. L'appartement est très propre et bien agencé. Tout de même bon à savoir, la chambre du haut n'est pas cloisonnée, ce n'était pas un pb pour nous car tout le groupe avait le même rythme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Malika et Sergej. Dès notre arrivée, Sergej nous a bien informé sur la région et nous a conseillé les choses intéressantes à faire ou à voir. Bel appartement spacieux, très propre, avec beaucoup de rangements, avec tout les équipements et installations qu'il faut, nous n'avons manqué de rien! Le petit plus, la place de parking. Parfaitement situé, 10 min à pied du lac, moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, et à seulement 200 mètres du supermarché. Merci pour le séjour, nous garderons votre adresse !
