The rooms were lovely very spacious & comfortable beds
No non slip bath mat in the bath which was quite difficult to get into. No bin in the bathroom to put used shower bottles etc. pillows were very thin. Wall lights next to the bed were high up in the wall you had to get out of bed to turn the light out after reading your book.

The spa was lovely , the food was very nice. some staff were friendly others not so much.
The hotel is lovely full of character, however maintenance required, exposed wires on light fixtures light also flickering, hair dryers not working, whilst eating breakfast in the morning we were not shown to the restaurant we were left in the bar, the chef took the order the food was nice but as we were eating the cleaner sprayed polish and strong air freshener all around really ruining our meal.

The caravan was nice and clean. the area. The caravan park however is very nice and quiet and in a lovely countryside location with nice views. Lots of cos and sheep. They have a nice little park for kids to play in. There’s an Aldi about 8 minutes drive away.
There weren’t any towels provided. Also, we requested a cot, but they didn’t give one. The kids room was quite small. There’s no WiFi and the area has quite a low network coverage! I could barely use my data. The nicer attractions are quite far away from the area. The road up to the caravan park is very tight and difficult if 2 cars are passing each other. The check out time is so early 10am!
