The room, the breakfast, the staff, everything was great.

I did not check in ahead of time. And I had a long wait in a long line when I got there. There was only one Staff member at the check in desk. Sammy Hagar was playing at Ruoff, and only one guy was checking travelers in? Crazy.

We enjoyed our stay and are Wyndham members but we have now decided to only stay at the Embassy when we are in Noblesville. The traveling baseball team is the only thing that made our stay a little less comfortable. The kids are NOT always a supervised and we were appalled that the kids were tossing ball in the lobby, they placed their hands in the breakfast bar without tongs, and also in the evening snacks that the hotel provides. We hate to stay in hotels with these traveling teams. They are often very loud!! I wish the management could take a closer look at making strong rules for parents and the students when staying there as a traveling team. It’s a very upscale and expensive hotel and the behavior they exhibit is not acceptable.

Very clean

The bed was horrible hard and the pillows we not as fluffy as I would’ve hoped the water didn’t get really hot and the water pressure was horrible. The tv only worked part of the time.. breakfast was just ok. Someone called me trying to play bill collector on a bill That was paid before we checked out our room. Also the “heated” pool was cold.
