Immaculately clean, everywhere. Conveniently placed for local shops, and transport. If you walk really slowly it will take 5 minutes to get to the beach. Lovely hosts who care for their property and have a large smile all the time. Cannot fault the place. Stayed there before and will certainly stay there again.
Buses can be quite late, or even cancelled at no notice. This is of course nothing to do with Colebrooke House. 😁.

Perfect location. Little shop opposite, supplied essentials. Also bus stop opposite, this is a good way to travel, and not expensive. Bus drivers were fearless. More stressful driving you own car. We enjoyed coffee on the sea front, nice breeze.
No breakfast, paying car park fees. But worth choosing best rate for your for your needs 👌.
