SO LET DOWN BY THE AGENT AND THE MISLEADING BOOKING.COM ADVERT !

The staff were very friendly and so accommodating, and they get a 10/10. The gym and the valet were additional advantages.

The penthouse suite has a 10% view, whilst the balance is straight into the back of the building located right in front of it!. The booking.com advert was exceptionally misleading. We thought we were getting a penthouse with a great view, but instead we were not informed of the poor position of the unit that we were allocated. Even if one books a ticket at a broadway show, you are advised in advance that your view is full/partial. So one can make an informed decision whether you want the seats with only a partial view, or prefer something with a clear view. This was so bad for what we paid for ($500 per night approx). The agent would not budge and we felt so let down, and they kept on telling us that we booked the Sally suite - but no indication that only 1 bedroom was on suite and that the view was practically non existent. We were never shown pictures of the Sally suite, instead the agents and booking.com show 250 pictures fot their 4 units that they manage. How could one determine which one you were booking? Had we been informed that the nice view on the booking.com advert was NOT what we were getting, we certainly would have booked elsewhere. We paid top dollar and should have been moved to a better unit or partially refunded for being so misled. We were originally referred by friends to use the King David Condos and advised that the T7 unit (which is what we thought we were getting) was superb. So although we were allocated the Sally suite (which only later did we realise was the T3 and not the T7 suite ), I question the agent - how were we to know that we were getting the disappointing suite, when the pictures on the booking.com site clearly showed a unit with a view? We wanted to be moved immediately, but were told that there was nothing else available. We will only discourage anyone from our circle to use those agents and to be aware of Booking.com's misleading web page that advertised the unit incorrectly at the first instance.

Not enough towels for a group of 5. We only had one towel each and we each use two for hair and body. No wash clothes. Only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with 5 guests for 5 days. Had to buy more. The stay was great aside from not having enough toiletries. The floor needed to be mopped better. My white socks turned dark grey from walking around the apartment. Other then that everything was very tidy and clean

Very friendly and hospitable reception. Special thanks to Liuda for guidance and information. Beach is very close. One of the valet parking employees was extremely helpful (younger gentleman). Nice swimming pool. Lots of dishes and utensils.

View from the balcony differs from pictures posted. Not the actual view. Bathroom has a smell of spoiled water. Living room has very strong ac, while bedrooms are too hot.

This trip was a nice getaway and really close walk to the beach

loved the decor and valet parking. staff was super kind and facility was really clean

didn’t like the rooms had no ceiling fans, but there was one floor fan available to help. my teenage kids didn’t like that they couldn’t just wear their swimsuits alone in the building bc we felt sticky from the beach and they didn’t want to put clothes on over that, but they’re teenagers and complain 🤣

Wonderful overall, would definitely stay again.

The condo was spacious and well laid out. We were two families and enjoyed the large terrace overlooking the pool and the shared living room and kitchen/dining area. The unit was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas which was very convenient. The beach was 1 block away and we had a great time there each day.

When we arrived we were told the pool was out of service and were not given a timeframe for it to be fixed. I have two young kids and had chosen the location partly because of the pool as well as the proximity to the beach. It turned out they fixed the pool that day, so we were able to enjoy it throughout our stay.

We enjoyed the location of the property. Anything you needed was in walking distance. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Other than thinking I rented a Penthouse and it was not everything else was ok.

Nice central location, easy walk to restaurants and a few stores. Walgreens is right next door. The beach is a nice walk just across the street, which was great. the apartment itself was nice and inside was very quiet, you couldn’t hear any street noise or construction that was happening from inside with the doors closed.

The photos on Booking are confusing, as you don’t really know which unit is the one you’re booking. the listing to our apartment is not entirely accurate, our unit was the top floor, which in this building is actually called a Tower Suite (and is above the penthouse which was awesome!!) Our balcony faced a new construction high rise that completely obstructs any view - you can see a small sliver of ocean between two buildings across the street. our view was basically a building and the construction was super loud if you wanted to sit outside.

great stay, great value. Mandatory valet, which was also pretty nice

Everything was great about the location. My kids loved it, the spouse loved it and their grandma really loved it too. The bed on my side, it looked like someone had previously broken it, somehow so it was kind of slanted so basically if i layed right in the middle, it was comfortable and at it's highest, but laying on either side resulted in a slight drop as well as slight angle and i couldn't sleep as a result of that. But that was NOT the case for all the other beds. The kids beds were perfect, the other bed was also perfect, it was simply this bed was previously broken

the bed in the master bedroom. I didn't use the bath tub, but the wife did and she said it didn't have hot water like the shower did. But i didn't personally experience it

Location and size. I like that they tell you exactly what you will need such as toilet paper. They had towels we were able to use at the pool.

Check in process was a little lengthy since you have to check in with the front desk person but the woman who was there was stellar and accommodating

Hermanos 7 y una de las comidas del día la hacíamos en la casa. Faltaban asaderas para cocinar. Las puertas de las mamparas de baño no cerraban bien, escribo para avisar dijeron q mandaban a alguien para arreglarlas y nunca pasó nadie.

Lo amplio que era y lo cómodo . Muy bien equipado y súper limpio . Shani fue súper amable también en todo momento . La comodidad del garaje en una ciudad así es un plus increíble ya que el aparcamiento se paga por todo y es carísimo . Sin duda recomendaré a mis amigos .

Que no hubiese mobiliario de terraza , una pena . Y pocas toallas pequeñas solo 1 por baño . Muy pocas para 7 personas en 9 días .

Locatie en het uitzicht

Het uitzicht en de slaapkamers waren ook prima twee met een balkon aan de zijkant van het appartement en 1 slaapkamer met een balkon wat doorliep vanaf de woonkamer aan de voorzijde

De badkamers waren wat gedateerd en bij één sloot de douchedeur niet goed En het duurde erg lang voor dat beide douches warm werden Verder weinig glazen in de keuken bijvoorbeeld 2 wijn glazen voor een 6 persoons huisje. Ook weinig handdoeken En van de zes strandhanddoeken waren er 2 bijna vergaan. En de kussens op de tuinset zijn verschimmelt Ik weet dat het een vochtig klimaat in Miami is maar ik vind dat geen excuus om iets zo te verhuren of je koopt kussen die niet snel schimmelen of je vervangt ze hier wil je niet opzitten.
