A beautiful condo on Atlantic Boulevard, calm ocean and city scape view right outside the the door. The condo can accommodate almost any situation, with one complimentary valet, where you may park one car free of charge. The area around the condo is the famous Sunny Isles Beach, filled with prestigious buildings and restaurants. Everything in the area sits on either side of Collins Ave, a wonderful Miami main street that rides all the way down to South Beach.

Three bedrooms Two bath, Two balcony, kitchen, washer & dryer inside the Unit and more! Nice and comfortable to enjoy your vacations seeing city and ocean views. This apartment offering nice open pool, Gym, Free Valet parking and more, you will feel like home, spacious apartment that can be comfortably up to 6 people. Four beds plus one queen sofa bed in the living room! Located in Sunny Isles Beach. Distance walk to Grocery store, coffee, restaurants, Pharmacy.

The location of the property was excellent. Just a short walk to beach access. The views from the deck were outstanding. Our family of five found the condo spacious. The kitchen contained satisfactory equipment, but lacked anything else. Overall, a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: location, ocean views, clean and well appointed apartment, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, pool on 5th floor. Cons: you HAVE to use the valet and cannot park your own car. I found this a nuisance but is apparently a local law. At one point the valet had no recollection of my car despite me giving details, he did later find it. It didn’t help that he only spoke Spanish and zero English. Apartment block is a bit tired but well looked after.

We were here for two weeks and enjoyed the apartment's bright sunny northeast exposure and views of both the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Apartment is fully furnished and has spacious beds and good linens. clean and safe building with terrific front desk staff and quick valet service.

And what a bonus our accommodations were! Spacious, modern, top floor suite. 2 Balconies with awesome views! 3 Nice bedrooms, new appliances!!! GREAT location! Walk across the street to the warmest ocean water ever! Great restaurants every where...and 20 minutes to the Stadium...We really enjoyed our stay!!!

My wife and I have vacationed in Sunny Isles for the last three years without our kids. The last time we came, we said we would bring the kids because we were certain it wouldn’t be like Miami. Family vibes all around, quiet and walkable neighborhoods. I almost didn’t want to review because it feels like a best kept secret and I want it to stay that way. Shani and Chris are great at responding and helping figure things out. We will be back many times. Sunny Isles and this condo felt like home.

Property needs updating. Closet door in one bedroom was broken and looks like they will not repair. No instructions for tv. Not an easy kitchen to cook in. Lacking proper cooking pots and pans. While beach chairs were provided, they are for real young people as they are about one inch off the sand. We had to go buy proper chairs for the beach. Ice maker not working at all. Pool was small but ok. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beach is right across the street. Parking in building was very easy. The outdoor terrace was huge but only seating for three people. The terrace furniture needs to be updated and then this space would be fantastic.

It was a great condo for three couples!! We were able to walk to the grocery store and Walgreens is right next-door! And the Ubers were really fast!!

The unit is very nice and as described but the location and ease of getting to the beach is the best part. The only inconvenience we had was the early check out with a late flight however the bellman helped us out. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

There was NOTHING we didn't like about this property. The views were stunning, amazing space, valet parking, there is a washer/dryer combo in the apartment. The balcony was my favorite place to be and each bedroom has a balcony as well! Listening to the ocean and wind from that amazing space was music for my soul. We never turned on the televisions or stove, but everything in the apartment functioned perfectly. Oh, and for those who ask about such things, we found the water hot and the beds comfortable (I have back issues, that matters). My 2 yr old granddaughter thought we were in a castle and kept asking if this is "her" castle - would have loved to tell her yes!
