*Ocean Front Restaurant w/ private entrances to residents/guests
*Beach Services: Chairs, Towels, and Umbrellas & Restaurant staff offering cocktails, drinks, food direct to you on the beach
*Fitness Center & Gym overlooking beach
*Worldclass Spa & Sauna
Very close to Haulover Park & Marina. Oleta State Park is a 5 minute drive as well along w/ Bal Harbour Shops just 10 minutes away & Aventura Mall also 10 minutes away.
Guests will have full access to all amenities and services within the building and beach services.
Other things to note;
Trump Towers is a private residential building and very secure. A background check with Tenant Evaluation will require either your social security number or passport number. ALL GUESTS 18 YEARS AND OLDER STAYING IN THE UNIT MUST COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.
APPLICATION - $100 per adult. All instructions and forms will be sent upon booking confirmation. Paid to Tenant Evaluation for background check. The office needs 15 days from the time they receive the results from Tenant Evaluation to process and approve your application.
GUEST ACCESS - $75/guest - (4 adults x $75 = $300 total). Cell phone application provided by the office for each guest to have access to the elevator, pool, gym, & beach services including chairs, towels, & umbrellas. Paid to Trump Towers directly upon arrival. They require a check or money order, no credit card payments. We can pay in advance for you and collect fee upfront.
PARKING - Valet parking included up to 2 cars. *tip at your discretion*
LEASE - You will be required to sign a standard Florida lease agreement for your booking.
PETS ARE ALLOWED. SERVICE ANIMALS ALSO ALLOWED (with documentation).
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
