Mattress isn’t comfortable. It dips to the center. Tried all three beds and they all dipped in the middle.

The location. It was less than a block away from the beach. The place was clean and the beds were made well. The views...you had to crank your neck to the left leaning over the balcony rail to see the ocean. But yes it was there and overall if you ignore the lobby and cars down below was a pleasant view with lots of palm trees. The owner waived the $52 'welcome' fee when I asked because I was paying in advance.

This was my first time booking with booking.com. It was quite a stressful experience being forced to pay FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE via a 3rd party like Zelle in order to avoid a $150 late arrival check-in fee. They would not accept payment via the website portal. I was anxious about getting scammed. The extra fees of $15 parking per day, a 'registration welcome fee' of $52 dollars, pay for laundry, taxes, room cleaning fee all added up and the original price listed of apx $450, ended up being over $700. The AC would not go below 70 degrees and it got uncomfortably warm at night. The bathroom faucet was broken. Our bed, though a nice firm mattress, was listed as a Queen but I SWEAR it was a size FULL. The 'sofabed' was really just a recliner couch. A broken chair. Cheap island with rust and burn mark on peeling laminate. Shampoo that washed like hand soap on my hair.
