Beach access, Publix, liquor store and bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient access to Miami Beach.

Great location, very safe. The apartment is big. I had to buy cleaning supplies. The bathroom smells like pee. The bathroom curtain got mold, and so did the toilet. The sofa bed had a bunch of food crumbs. The bed had hair. Nice place, but it needs to be cleaned.
