Not terrible but not great either. Needs better upkeep

The spacious rooms were great. The bathrooms had hot water. Happy that there was a washer dryer inside the unit with basic kitchen essentials. The location is excellent I will say, plenty of great places to eat in the area walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe.

Found several small roaches on the kitchen counter upon arrival. There was grease polka dots on the kitchen curtain, I made an effort to remove them because it just looked awful. I understand it's not my job but i mean dish soap, warm water and a sponge removed most of them. It seemed like those stains were on those curtains for a while. The oven in the kitchen wouldn't turn on. Some of the curtains in the living room wouldn't roll up or down, they are broken. And one window was missing a curtain.

It’s a nice place if you don’t look too closely, and if you can actually get into your room.

It was centrally located

The check in instructions were wrong. I was contacted by 4-5 different phone numbers with check in and check out instructions. Our original key code and room weren’t right. The text saying to reach out to the building manager for assistance during hours - called him and he doesn’t work for them anymore. Used their other customer service line and they told us to go to a completely different room but couldn’t get the code to work in the door until they changed it 3 more times. The room itself had a module that controls the WiFi presumably, it had a sign that said if unplugged we’d be charged $500, but it was already hanging out of the wall and half unplugged. Despite having a door code up front, downstairs was never secure because the parking lot door was always unlocked. The patio door handle in the room was loose and the door was very hard to open. The listing said they’d have condiments, they didn’t. The showerhead in the master was barely held on by some glopped-on silicone, and the cabinet finish was peeling on the vanity. The TV in the master didn’t work. There were no extra towels.

I love the fact that it was a 7 minute walk to the beach. And also plenty of dining and shopping. Extremely quiet area. Extremely clean home , ice maker on the refrigerator a big Plus for me, for drinks 😁. Beds were extremely comfortable loved it

The only drawback is that there were no washcloths, the pool closes at 8:00, concierge was slow to respond on the chat messenger 😞. The description said that they offer laundry detergent but provided none

Nice place which could be excellent with very small improvements.

Location, easy check in and check out, fast response to any question, confortable apartment, pharmacy and groceries and beach at a walking distance.

Small maintenance issues, air conditioning unit is inside the apartment and very noisy. No beach chairs and umbrella.

I didn’t like that the elevator was broken the last 2 days!! Climbing the stairs was a hassle omg. Stove also didn’t work too well. Other than that everything was good.

IKEA Is In the House

The location is spectacular. Walked to the beach easily and found great restaurants and grocery stores. The building is refreshed, but may need some additional attention. There are enough towels and the towels were clean. The general area has been wiped clean, but a good soapy cleaning is on order. I was able to cook in the pots that were scratched but it means they need a wooden spoon. The management texted back immediately The pictures were exactly as I found the home and everything worked. Great value for the price

The sofa needs a cover that can be taken off after each use to ensure cleanliness. I brought my own so I could manage. I informed management of the issues and they said they plan to address them. I won't know because nothing changed while we were there. We left after packing things up to receive management workers. Noone came. During my vacation this added stress. You should be aware that the beach location also has its own issues such as mosquitos and gnats.

Not what I was expecting!!

we asked to enter 15min earlier, and they declined. We paid extra to late check out, was decline. A disaster the check in process. Also, there was noise in the bathroom. Not nice,

Our stay was comfortable and convenient.

I liked that the property was generally private and quiet. I also enjoyed the amenities inside the unit: washer & dryer, full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, supplies, etc. The support team was easily accessible and responsive which I liked as well.

The property could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Some of the sheets and towels were stained prior to arrival and some areas were dusty. It’s clear a general sweep is done to prep the property for new guests but a deeper clean is needed.

No atendían a las peticiones. Había varios electrodomésticos rotos y nos daban largas. Acabaron arreglando sólo uno de ellos el último día y tras insistir dos o tres veces al día

צק אין מסורבל ארוך ומייגע , בדירה שקיבלנו לא היה וילון לחלון ( אין פרטיות ואור נכנס בבוקר) , מיטה שבורה מזרון נפל למטה ביום הראשון באמצע הלילה , הודענו לבעלי המקום על הליקויים ודרשנו פיצוי כספי לא הייתה התייחסות גם מצד בוקינג .

Super Wohnung für eine Woche Miami

Sehr gute Lage, in Max 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Tankstelle und Einkauf (Publix)mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten erreichbar . Einige Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöner Pool.

Es gab keine Küchentücher zum abtrocknen des Geschirr s. Der Kontakt zu Angestellten ( Reinigungskräfte u Hausmeister) war nicht möglich da sie nur Spanisch sprachen.

Departamento cómodo y bien ubicado, ideal para familias

Me gustó mucho lo espacioso y limpio que era, con una ubicación excelente. La piscina fue un gran plus, muy cómoda para relajarse, y nos encantaron los cafés y regalitos que ofrecen ahí mismo, perfectos para disfrutar un momento tranquilo. Fui con mi familia y el departamento fue muy cómodo para todos, amplio y bien equipado.

Al llegar, no pudimos ingresar de inmediato porque la batería de la llave electrónica estaba descargada. Si bien desde Booking nos dieron solución en menos de 15 minutos, sería ideal que este tipo de situaciones se prevengan, especialmente después de un viaje largo, cuando lo único que uno quiere es descansar. Además, viajamos con niños pequeños y el retraso fue un poco desesperante para ellos. Otro punto a considerar es que la línea de asistencia del alojamiento no tenía atención en español, por lo que Booking fue nuestro nexo para resolver rápidamente el problema.
