There were hidden fees (parking, damage waiver) that we had to litigate during check in. The apartment was not cleaned prior to our check-in and many, many things were broken. The hot water in the unit malfunctioned several times.

very nice property in a quite area. everything is in good condotion, the pool is nice (although very shallow), washing machine, nespresso coffee machine beach towels,,, the only thing is that although we made a reservation for 7 the apartment wasnt ready for 7 people, the sofa bed was dirty when we opened it and we didnt have bed sheets for the sofa bed. We tried to make contact with the after hors assistance (we arrived late) but there was no answer. We eneded up 3 (2 adults 1 child) sleeping in 1 bed). So in cunclusion a great place for 6, and arrive during working hours

Not so clean, old kitchen, not enough pots to cook in when you have a family. No sheet, pillows or blanket for the bed sofa. Had to wait until next day. Only positive thing was easy to check in and out. Nice pool area and gym on 7th floor. Good location.

In general, it is great!!! The only complaints for future improvements are: one microwave didn't work, one fridge didn't produce ice cubes. We rented two adjacent apartments, so we were able to use the ones that work in the other apartment instead of calling for services. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, so not gratifying doing the showers.

The apartment was fantastic and fully met all expectations. The neighborhood was pleasant and safe, providing a comfortable environment. The instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and easy to follow. However, a short message confirming successful digital check-out would have been appreciated.

Great location and good value-for-money. However, some fixing would be needed (eg. broken/missing cabinet doors), and no access to cable TV (only streaming).

Very convenient and a good location. My only problem was the condition of the unit we stayed in. There were quite a few areas of unfixed water damage around windows, the fancy shower that had multiple spray outlets didn’t work very well, the oven door didn’t close, and the painting was very poorly done.

My boyfriend and I loved this property! It was a home-away-from-home! Clean! I love the parking. We wanted a quiet getaway for the weekend and that’s what we got. Kitchen came full equipped. So cooking was seem less. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be booking again for future trips.

The location is perfect; you are close to the beach and the mall. I traveled alone and felt safe. Feedback regarding the property specifically: I expected some basic utensils, at least a coffeemaker, wine bottle opener, and cooking pans if I wanted to cook something, and they were scarce. There was one pan, no utensils, and no coffeemaker. I called, and they brought three spoons. Not sure why it was just spoons. The shower had no soap- thank goodness I always travel with my own toiletries. The toilet moves, and the apartment overall is outdated and old. While the property was clean, and I enjoyed my stay, I think it deserves to be updated since you rent this out to travelers. Keep up with the times and provide at least the basics.

A great option for families. Lots of space and airy. The beds were not the most comfortable. We heard some loud music a couple of nights. No response se from the customer service team via sms . This was disappointing. I would stay again.

Great apartment with parking at an ease, location quiet, very clean and felt very safe to walk around and drive. Very short walk straight on to the Sunny Isles beach which was clean and beautiful.

very convenient and comfortable condo 7 mins walk from the beach and close to shops / cafes as well as a Publix supermarket. We did not need a car and you can book rides if you need to go to Miami or Aventura.

Overall our stay was good, 4-5 min. walk to Sunny Isles Beach, which is wonderful and less busy than South Beach, and being older, that was great. Close to ALL TYPES OF ETHNIC restaurants by foot or short 10 min. drive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only issues were that the unit needed minor maintenance, such as, blind cord was broken, toilet would keep running til you jiggled the handle, the oven wasn’t working,

Not clean, we had leaking for a whole day through the roof. Tripped the fuse box and was unsafe. They fixed what they could within 24 hours but did not offer any compensation. This is not a 5 staff hotel.

The property was run down. The kitchen lacked basic necessities like kitchen towels, pot handers, can opener. The keypad for access malfunction more than half the time. The company does keep a 24 hour service so they responded to our call quickly and offered assitance but nonetheless we had to call to get the m to open or close the door.

Amazing location, only a short 3 blocks to walk to the beach. So many neat places in walking distance. Very easy to locate condo and navigate traffic. BEAUTIFUL views!! Condo was very neat and clean, set up with everything we needed, laundry, and full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

I would stay again at this property, but they need to keep up with maintenance and repairs. Some repair and painting. Doornubs re failing out of the closet door. The shower worked just one way. Overall we were pleased with the outcome of this rental.

The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony. Some issues included an outlet cover that was detached and was held up by a lamp plug, the shades were stuck halfway up in one of the bedrooms, so couldn't sleep in due to brightness, and the master bath shower never got hot or really warm, so took some cold showers.
