The location was 👌... nice view of the sea.. the beach was nearby.

When we reached the reception had no information about our stay. Even though we paid like weeks before. The air-conditioning was awful. I had to stay in the livingroom for some good temperature. There was a card needed for the washer and dryer.. at least the card could have been left. I texted and asked never received any reply.

Read the Important Information section carefully. There is 24/7 construction right in front of the windows, and you will be charged a $500 deposit. The apartment is old and outdated, and the manager is rude and aggressive — he behaves like a scammer

We did have to wait over almost 2 hrs for a gas leak as well as take the stairs up 9 floors.

I know it was probably my and uncontrollable variable but it was unacceptable. What if we would have had to relocate and that would have been difficult the way everything was sold out.

The location was great

The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower it was not working since doesn’t mix hot and cold water, so you end up burnt o cold… there us a very old building and was very smelly inside…I haven’t used the kitchen so I don’t know if was everything ok. it was a nightmare to find the garage and the parking spot, very unclear directions

The doors had a code to enter and Guillermo was helpful the next day after replacing Ricardo

I did not like the tall young boy at the front desk - un-knowledgable about where the office was so I could meet with Ricardo to check in - I had lots of bags and it was late - He looked at me like I was in the wrong place. He could have been more helpful and should have been able to direct me to the right place (training needed). He did not ask me any questions to check my reservation. When I got to he office Ricardo was not there to welcome me knowing I was getting in a little late. So I had to call a few times to get the code for the condo (frustrated) I had to get someone else to help me call Ricardo (missing in action). I was tired after traveling many hours and was not happy with the welcome I received. Customer Service goes a long way in keeping the customer happy. My first experience with Airbnb might be my last.

no bathtub, washer/dryer inside the condo. It had a wine opener but no can opener. The cabinets look good from a distance but up close the cabinets were cheaply done. I didn’t know that I should have brought extra bath towels and face towels. I also had to buy dishwasher soap and kitchen trash bags. I requested and early checkin when I made the reservations. We arrived on an early flight. I was told I had to pay $40.00 to get into my room. I should have been told ahead of time that I would have to pay.

We were satisfied with everything; all people were friendly and respectful, such as the owner, valet people, and guest check-in; a very clean apartment with a fantastic view; all furniture in the suite was new and clean. I also appreciate the apartment owner as the check-in time starts after 4 pm, but before this should have been paid a $60 extra fee, but the owner never asked us for this extra fee, we arrived at 12:30 pm in the building, and we were in our apartment at 12:45 pm, I strongly recommend this apartment to other people, and be sure for our next vacation we will back with the apartment. In addition to the above good things, they have a BBQ place, gym, pool, park for children's play, personal parking, only 5 min walking to the beach. The beach also was clear. I hope this review will be useful for future guests. Thank you

We only were NOT satisfied with their mini supermarket; it was too expensive; I hope the apartment manager pays more attention and controls the prices of that mini supermarket; for example, for three ice creams and four pieces of tomato, they charged us $27 (In other supermarkets should be less than $10), so, I do NOT recommend that mini supermarket to purchase, if you want to buy something, there is a supermarket named Navarro with 3 min driving with a good price like other markets.

Getting the keys was quite easy. Parking on the premises was okay.

We had to wear wristbands all the time on the premises (gym and pool). The furnishing was quite old, the kitchen supplies very poor. The photo's suggest that their is laundry equipment in the appartement, but this is not the case. We had to use laundry equipment in de hall and had to pay for every use!!! We tried to get an invoice, because we needed it to charge the costs for our company, we send a couple of emails but in the end we never got an invoice!!! So we could not charge the costs to our company. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

No breakfast, the location was great. They need sofa. I love the place.

The Host, He is a scam and rude, I complain of the microwave Immediately I checked in, he never mind me. He sent a guy to check it. After several calls, but we couldn't relate because the guy couldn't speak English. I could not use microwave for my children the whole time. The Host only called me to find out if I have checked out. When I was trying to tell him how disappointed I was, he said the microwave was working before I got there and hang the phone, that was a lie. I hope he will not try to deduct from my deposit, that will not be good at all. Apart from that I enjoyed. My stay
