    We had to make a last minute reservation downtown Philly for an early morning appointment. Everyone was very nice, kind, considerate. Room was spotless. We did have an issue with hot water, but management had informed us earlier. Didn’t impact us really. This hotel is 2 blocks from the theater area of S Broad St., 3 blocks from City Hall. The only negative I would say is parking. There was a price listed for valet parking overnight for $75. No thank you. Found a park yourself for $35. After checking in, found out the weekday rate for valet was also $35. Moral of story - call first for price. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but the buffet was beautiful. The chef saw we were running out the door at 6 am, offered bottles of water. Sweet man! All things considered, excellent place to consider which price wise, should be better than the hotels on the other side of Billy Penn.
