Quiet and clean

The staff was one of the best parts. Johnathan was purely amazing with his customer service and empathy he really went above and beyond. The breakfast was great too. They even had complementary chocolate chip cookies. I normally stay at the higher end Marriott properties that don’t include continental breakfast but it was a treat not having to go anywhere to eat. The room was spacious and clean. It’s quite no noise other than the occasional bird chirping other than that you couldn’t ask for a better stay.

The front desk manager, Charles, was very friendly and accommodating. We moved to this hotel at the last minute and yet, he took care of our family's needs. The hotel is nice and cozy, newly remodeled, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Furniture is insufficient for a longer stay--for example, the room does not have enough drawers to unpack for four or more days. Breakfast is a bit lacking in variety--no toast and the muffins were very dry and hard, the scrambled egg was very dry, and no salt in it. The room doors are heavy and because of the wide gap at the bottom tend to come over the foot.

My room was a bit “musty” My bathroom sink faucet had a leak flowing out of the Handle every time I turned it on… I reported this to the staff only on my way out- as I was busy for the entire stay.

We have stayed here more than once and every time the staff is over the top pleasant. Wonderful people in this facility.

The room we stayed in had an enormous amount of wasted space. it would be great if the room had a small table with 2 chairs to sit and have coffee. There is plenty of room for it, We stayed in room 224.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I was told that there would be waffles.And there were not. However , everything else was great , especially our front desk person Elizabeth ( i'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly).

Beautiful and Modern, love that the facility is so well taken care of and that it has a new feeling to it still. Staff is incredibly friendly and cordial, makes check in process a breeze. Overall this one of the best airports in this area. Fully recommend.

Bed is a bit too soft

Lisa was really nice upon checking in and the room was clean and modern.

This rating suffers because of the staff. Upon checking in, Lisa was really nice and quick. There was no issue there. However, the next morning when I asked for a late check out, Mina was just not personable. Out of the many hotels I’ve stayed in, I never had an 11am check out. I called at 10:48am to request a late check out and I was told that I can get 11:30am. I completely understand the need for rooms to be ready for other arrivals but she showed no compassion for me. Just rude. My previous day ran from 6am to about 8pm and I was extremely exhausted. Around 11:15am, housekeeping knocked on my door and said I was supposed to be out at 11am and I informed her that I had spoken to Mina and that I received a late check out. Housekeeping asked me to call the front desk and request the late check out because her records did not show that. I informed her that I spoke with Mina. I then received a call from a man at the front desk who stated that I did not have a late check out and basically that he had no record of it. It’s frustrating when you have multiple people who you have to prove yourself to because one person decided not to document a change. My time spent trying to prove this issue, took away from the time I needed to finish getting ready and packed up. Upon walking through the front lobby, there was a front counter gentleman. My family and I didn’t get a good morning, have a nice day, thank you for staying, nothing. It was like we were burning a hole in the staff with our presence. Immediately after walking past the counter, my email rang with the final receipt. It’s hard to believe our every move wasn’t being watched like a hawk for no good reason. I hate to play the race card but it’s hard to believe that that wasn’t a factor in this situation with the staff from 09/24/2023.
