The music from the rooftop bar is so loud unable to sleep. Checked out without staying there. Told the manager I wanted my money back. Haven't heard back from anyone yet. Do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!!!

The Sanctity has a chic feel and wonderful location while visiting our family. The adjoining Durango restraunt is a must visit for unique upscale food and drinks. While the pillows are a bit too thick, the toilet paper is not!

The only thing was I was told I would we could not check in early and they would text when the room was ready and the girls shift was over and we never heard back so we headed back and hour before checking in and was finally able to get a room

My stay at the Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was a mix of positives and frustrations. The room itself was okay—nothing exceptional, but comfortable enough, with a helpful white noise feature and really nice lotions and body washes. What truly stood out was the help we received from Aracelis, who went above and beyond to get our room cooled to at least 68 degrees each night. That level of care made a huge difference and was genuinely appreciated. The property’s location is very convenient—close to the highway—and the on-site laundry facilities are a great amenity. We didn’t get a chance to try Durango, but we heard wonderful things about it. The major issue during our stay, however, was with package handling. A very important medical package for my son was refused by a team member because the name didn’t exactly match the reservation, even though it included two of our names. This refusal caused significant delays, and another package that was signed for on October 31st wasn’t given to me until Monday. These packages contained time-sensitive genetic samples related to my son’s diagnosis, so the situation caused tremendous stress. I called back after discovering what happened, very upset. The front desk supervisor was kind and genuinely tried to help, but at that point there wasn’t much anyone could do—not even FedEx. I asked to speak with the GM but never received a call back. Besutiful new property. Exquisite dning at Durangos! Convenient location and Onsite spa. Pillows were spongy and too large.Very tech savy room but the automatic night lights could startle one awake. Early sleepers, be aware there is a rooftop bar club which plays music until 10.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The property itself was spotless and felt very high-quality. The only downside was the thin walls — we could clearly hear our upstairs neighbors walking (or rather, stomping) around. However, despite that, I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

New hotel with great restaurant and shopping close by! Very close to Ontario airport and perfect for what we needed. Tiffany at the front desk was exceptional. She even walked my daughter and I to the elevator and made sure we went up solo with our luggage. We will be back!

It’s new, but if you don’t mind hearing the music from the top of the hotel bar, you’ll love this hotel. If you don’t mind the hotel bar closing at 9:00pm on a Wednesday or Thursday, you’ll love this hotel. If don’t mind waiting to get on the elevator because it’s a private party and the 2 elevators are full and you as a person who is staying there is asked to get off, then go for it, this is the hotel for you. Staff was clueless, but nice, we changed rooms because of the noise from top bar. Wouldn’t spend the money except for a family retirement party.

Hotel was very nice. Customer service was outstanding and super friendly. We were here for youth soccer, I would recommend to other people. I did wish there was some snack or coffee options in the morning. Having to walk across the street to Starbucks in the morning was a little inconvenient. With that said my only gripe(s) is if you prefer pitch black room to sleep in this may not be for you. There’s a floor light sensor that automatically turns on when your feet hit the ground so if you go to the restroom in the middle of the night you’re waking the family up. I was able to cover the sensor with a pillow. The headboards have this neat backlight which looks cool but the power button is this bright blue so at night it glows brightly, I wish I had a piece of tape to cover it. Lastly, the pillows are super thick and firm so it props your head in an uncomfortable angle so sleeping was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately for my family they brought their own pillows so they were good. I was the only casualty:p Because of youth sports we stay at hotels almost weekly so we value customer service, this hotel goes above and beyond which is why I probably would come back despite some of the challenges.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable in regards to cleanliness and hospitality. The only complaint is how truly uncomfortable the pillows were. They were so thick and high that my husband, my son, and myself had to end up sleeping without pillows under our heads for the entire trip. Will stay again, but definitely bringing our own pillows lol
