The bed was so comfortable! Spacious room and very quiet
I was not a fan of the barn door to the bathroom. It's no better than a sheet, you can hear everything and not very private

The staff were always happy and smiling as well as greeted us with a hello every time we walked into the hotel.

I am allergic to animals specifically dogs and cats and reached out before on chat and through email both with the Booking.com site and Hampton and was assured you have a NO PET policy. And to enter the doors and the first thing I see is a welcome to dogs and dog bowls was absolutely terrifying and disgusting! First, I felt very deceived and shook. Second, what a gross place to put dog stuff- the welcome for animals being the first thing guests see clearly shows who you cater to- animals and not humans- and clearly shows you accept animals- really strange setting to enter- made everything look and feel dirty! Very disappointing to feel like I was lied to- poor sleep because of this! Do not recommend!
