    Disappointing! What a Scam!
    I am allergic to animals specifically dogs and cats and reached out before on chat and through email both with the Booking.com site and Hampton and was assured you have a NO PET policy. And to enter the doors and the first thing I see is a welcome to dogs and dog bowls was absolutely terrifying and disgusting! First, I felt very deceived and shook. Second, what a gross place to put dog stuff- the welcome for animals being the first thing guests see clearly shows who you cater to- animals and not humans- and clearly shows you accept animals- really strange setting to enter- made everything look and feel dirty! Very disappointing to feel like I was lied to- poor sleep because of this! Do not recommend!
    Being told one thing by phone, email And chat and showing up to hotel With a whole different experience- being lied to for the sake of selling rooms is a scam! Be better Hampton & Hilton!

    1. Two out it the four days stay, I had to ask if there were hard boiled eggs. Thankfully, the man at the dining area brought some out. 2. Our room at 314 did not have hair conditioner. The staff should have checked that the hair products were full. 3. There was a homeless guy who helped himself to breakfast. He was belligerent and spewed profanity when he was asked to leave. He threw his food on the floor. The hotel desk clerk named Jessica or Janette confronted him. Need to make if safe for hotel guests and staff. 4. The instructions to print from the printer is tedious and not friendly. Need to have a computer area-like other hotels. Finally just had to ask for staff to print it. 5. The guest above was noisy in the morning. Had a lead foot or doing exercises. I reported it to front desk

    “Overall, I enjoyed my stay, although better soundproofing would make it even more relaxing.”
    Great breakfast, free parking lot, very clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff and great location from where I needed to stay.
    The walls were not as soundproof as I expected. I could clearly hear other guests talking in their rooms. In other words, if your neighbors go to sleep early, you’ll have a peaceful night — but if they stay up late, good luck trying to get any sleep.

    The rest of the staff members where always speaking and smiling
    When checking in the front desk lady was rude the entire time but with a smile . It was repulsive.
