The alarm clock time was wrong and I couldn't adjust the time on it. But not a big deal.

I was very grateful to receive an upgrade to a suite for being a Hilton Honors member! The staff were friendly and attentive. The building looked AMAZING from the moment you park in the parking lot. I REALLY liked the find the giraffe. My kids were excited to join the hunt! It was a good idea to put the scavenger hunt advertisement in the elevator! Most hotels you are afraid to even walk because you can hear squeaks and noises making you think that the inhabitants of the floor below you can hear thw noise. This was definitely NOT the case in my room! The floor was solid!!! IT was so nice to not have to tell my children to walk carefully!!!! Thank you for fortifying your floors !

One of the employees that was working breakfast had the nerve to ask a CHILD if she left the lid to the egg/sausage open!!! I quickly said to her " I did it". I mean , seriously what was the point of asking that question???? Was she about to scold the child? If she had asked my one of 3 children that, I would have been insulted and angry. I Especially given, the next person in line will be getting food within seconds. Bottom line , is I am paying good money for the hotel stay and TIPPING THE HOSPITAL STAFF, this is unacceptable . The staff had no business asking ANY GUEST if they left the food tray lid open and especially A CHILD. I should have expressed my frustration with the front staff but I was too busy enjoying my stay. I just wished I was staying longer. I would have used the pool and maybe even the gym !!!! There was not much parking. I wonder what happens if and when the hotel is fully booked?

I am allergic to animals specifically dogs and cats and reached out before on chat and through email both with the Booking.com site and Hampton and was assured you have a NO PET policy. And to enter the doors and the first thing I see is a welcome to dogs and dog bowls was absolutely terrifying and disgusting! First, I felt very deceived and shook. Second, what a gross place to put dog stuff- the welcome for animals being the first thing guests see clearly shows who you cater to- animals and not humans- and clearly shows you accept animals- really strange setting to enter- made everything look and feel dirty! Very disappointing to feel like I was lied to- poor sleep because of this! Do not recommend!

Being told one thing by phone, email And chat and showing up to hotel With a whole different experience- being lied to for the sake of selling rooms is a scam! Be better Hampton & Hilton!
