Location

Breakfast was terrible! Decided to go to nearby Rodeo Cafe’ instead. Staff was medicocre and I had to ask for a vaccum to clean my own room. The hotel is covered in ants and insects met me on my bed including the infamous kissing bug. I will never pick this hotel again. I was moved three times.

It was okay.

For the amount of money it took to book the room, it was not of worth. It was very raggedy! The commode seat was damaged and needed to be replaced. The outer room of the suite was hot and muggy. The air condition unit, out there, was missing nobs. We had to call staff up to mess with it, with a tool, to get the air to come on. Only a few minutes after the staff left, it turned off and it was just plain hot!

I let it be known that the soap and hair conditioner holders and the item itself was torn up in the bathroom, had come off the wall. It was never fixed. I was just told by the staff receptionist that it would be noted that it was previously in that condition, on our booked paperwork. No one came to try to fix it or anything. So, we had to stay aleart. Because one had already come apare and at the base of the tub, the 2nd one abruptly fell. Therefore, it was uncomfortable in bathing and having to keep a watch to see if the third one would possibly disengage itself and injure us in someway.

The location, the amenities etc. The staff was helpful. Especially the breakfast room lady named Dolce, she was so sweet.

The beds are too high, we had to use a foot stool to get on the bed. This really needs to be addressed for people who are short by American standards. Not enough towels in the bathroom.

I've had much better Residence Inn rooms

It was clean...but not like other Residence Inn's through out the U.S.

It was set up more like a Intown Suite...no separate rooms ..the couch/bed was so lumpy and did not have room to walk around to actually get in the lumpy bed... We had the room with the king bed also mind you...My husband and I are both disabled...and had to walk a country mile to get to our room... they gave us a room furthest in the back and on the 3rd floor..

Beds are comfortable. Decent selection for breakfast. Night staff lady was nice. Nice they take dogs. Having a lb in room kitchen is useful. Cleaning staff was nice. Beds and rooms were clean.

Sink was clogged - poorly maintained. Ants in bathroom. $150 dog fee. Weird business park location. Expensive for what it is. White mold on cooking pot. Check in lady was struggling to do basic tasks. Shower low pressure. No tub. Eggs were gross. By first floor elevator ceiling was wide open with exposed wiring. There was a bloodstain splatter by the elevator.

love how spacious the rooms are we stayed in the King room with a sofa bed whoever designed the space use the space exceptionally well everything had a purpose, and was very useful and comfortable loved the room and already reserved for our next trip

there was nothing that I can complain about in the room. The only thing I can say that was a little negative is the elevator was very scary to ride in it would shake a lot and crackle a bit uncomfortable to ride in

Overall I was highly impressed. The complementary breakfast was delicious and in abundant!

I liked how homely the hotel felt. I also appreciated all the utensils that were provided in our room, there was more in there than I expected. I was very impressed too with the breakfast service and options. I eat a vegan diet and was anticipating the idea that I may not have much to choose, but was pleasantly surprised to see oat milk was offered, hot cereal and various topping to put on top it of or make my own cold cereal with the granola and fresh fruit.

If I had to say pick something I didn't like it would be the fact that I didn't have a room with an oven. I was given the option to request prior to booking the stay, but I was informed and understood that it wasn't guaranteed that I would get one. I also wish there was hand soap in the bathroom, I used the shampoo in place of the hand soap when I first used the bathroom.
