This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.

It seemed clean although it smelled bad.

As soon as my daughter and I got there we felt uncomfortable- there were odd folks in the lobby (maybe house less folks) and the staff was behind glass and not very welcoming. We felt kind of scared for our safety and stayed locked in our room all night. Then there were people in the room above us that were very loud - stomping, playing loud music, yelling- until 2:30 am when I called the front desk. The front desk worker said she would call the room to ask them to be quiet “but if they aren’t quiet in 30 minutes call back and I’ll call dispatch”. As a woman there with my daughter I did not sleep at all because I did not feel safe. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows lumpy and the covers were thin and not at all warm.

The staff was very nice.

I didn’t enjoy the funky smell of the room… it was musty, with a weird smell. The spa was dirty and although we were told it was good to use.. it was filthy and cold. The living space in the suite was very not “welcoming”.

I think that the potatoes with the salsa and cheese should be on both days regardless because they go great with eggs.I would have preferred to have the potatoes with the salsa both days And with all those amazing Waffle machines you have, you should have strawberries and cream.The hotel is gorgeous.The rooms were super nice !! The entryway was stunning.. We stayed in the room with a double king beds and the separate room with the couch.There was a lot of noise from the shower underneath when somebody was showering there.It just the whole room got loud , but it was still an excellent stay.. We got very lucky and had a discounted rate.I believe we paid 109 , and I see now that it's gone up to almost two hundred so I guess we got a great value.. It was so nice to have a blow , dryer and an iron and extra pillows and blankets.. Thank you, and we will see you again.

We were in the back of the property.So the shower took a long, long time to get hot and we basically finished our showers and we're cold.By the time we were finished, the water just started getting hot. The only thing missing on this trip was a bubble bath.I was quite surprised that there were no baths considering how beautiful the rooms are..

Great place for one night stay, good breakfast and free secured parking!

The room was super clean, recently renovated and nice size. Nice vinyl floors, no carpet! Great secured parking right next to our room. The breakfast was great, super clean place and good variety of items.

The bed was a bit noisy when we turned, the AC was nice and new but had a funny smell and there was a clicking noise in the bathroom (pipes?) that didn't stop all night. We had to shut the bathroom door to minimize it.

It was very comforting to stay at a place where everything was so convenient and the staff was so friendly.

I like the gated entry. The view of Mt Baldy behind was lovely to wake up to. Very clean. The staff was friendly and the person that checked us in was very helpful and kind, anticipated my needs, I really appreciated that. Breakfast was very very good. Eggs, bacon, potatoes…juice and coffee…perfect! Thank for a great stay!

My stay was a pleasant one. It was very comfortable stay after a very long drive.

My friend and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff member working during breakfast was very kind. She assisted us in operating one of the machines.

The facility, staff and cleanliness was great however, my only dislike was some guest we're smoking Marijuana in the parking lot. That was disturbing because of the smell.

We enjoyed out stay and the location worked well since we were visiting sites in Ontario and Upland.

We haven't stayed at a real MOTEL for a while - where you park and walk directly into your room from the parking lot - it was a refreshing throwback to earlier times. The parking lot was gated and fenced securely, and pleasantly landscaped. This is not meant to sound critical, just a matter of fact that the breakfast was average for a "free" hotel/motel breakfast . I should add that there were adequate fresh fruit options, protein, cereal, freshly made waffles - helpful, friendly staff at breakfast and at check in. The room was updated, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom was nice with two sinks (more hotels should do this since often two people are trying to get ready at the same time) and a real shower instead of a bathtub/shower. The beds were comfortable, Rooms were quiet with no traffic noise like some hotels located near an interstate. We did not use the pool, hot tub, or workout room, but they appeared to be nicely appointed.

No elevator to second level, but I know the person who checked in right before us requested a first floor room and got one. If you don't want people looking into your room as they walk by the outside, you have to shut the curtains - like any motel.

A pleasant stay in Upland California

Room is clean and well maintained. It has a fridge, microwave and TV. Breakfast is more than bagels and coffee. There’s eggs and sausages and pancakes. Staff is very accommodating. Commercial stores and restaurants are within 5 minute drive. I am very happy with my stay

No housekeeping on our second day, we were asked the morning after we arrived and said no, we are fine, but they didn't come clean or restock the next morning - toilet paper and towels were needed and only one coffee and our feet got so dirty on the floor in our room, I should have taken a picture of the towel we stept on and there were black footprints, curtains don't close completely and light from outside shined through.

Great budget conscience hotel.

The hotel is in a nice area of Upland, and it is centrally located to restaurants and other businesses. The room was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are mostly located away from the road, so noise is minimal. It is a gated hotel so it is quite safe. Breakfast was good. There were choices of fruit, cereals and yogurts much like other hotels, but they also offered waffles and other hot items depending on the day of the week. All of the staff members were nice.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The breakfast was nice, they had a server serve us eggs and waffles :) Pleasant front desk staff. You can tell this hotel was recently upgraded and the beds were very comfortable.

Didn't like the first floor room, I did ask to be moved to second floor. First floor too much noise.
