We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly. The rooms were large with a comfortable bed and nice outdoor patio area

That it felt safe and was close to so many restaurants and bars. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was super comfy.

The valet was pretty expensive per night. I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower or from the basin it was low and difficult to wash your hair properly. The patio door was also difficult to lock and we had to get someone to help us lock it. There was also an incident where the fire alarms were activated by a group of kids filming and it was going off for 2 hours in the rooms before the fire brigade could disarm it. Once that happened we could still hear the fire alarm in the car park from our rooms which continued all night and was still going when we checked out at 9am the next morning. It was very inconvenient not to mention concerning that even the fire brigade couldn’t disarm it.

The gym was small, with only one yoga mat. However, the pool was beautiful and early morning walks in the neighborhood are a great alternative

Great Location, would stay here again

Great location!! Lots of amenities which we did not try, but its there! Really great recommendations by the friendly front desk staffs upon arrival.

Sound proofing of the rooms need improvements. We would hear the kid in the room above us running around at like 1am. The valet also incorrectly marked us down for 3 days of valet, but we only took Uber the whole trip. However, this was reversed upon discovery by the front desk staffs.

Cool hotel in West Hollywood with friendly atmosphere.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Wine and cocktail hour is a nice touch. Excellent restaurant. Gym and pool. Good central location in West Hollywood close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Not worth the money but good location

The location

Way to expensive for what it is. Marketed as 5 star hotel. Check in at 1 pm would result in an « early check-in fee » of 100 USD. At arrival no one helps you with your bags. You carry them yourself. At the front desk you are given a sheet of paper with all the information regarding breakfast etc. instead of the receptionist talking to you No coffee machine in the room. No turndown service. The gym is in a devastated condition

Location is great if you like WeHo or Hollywood. But far from downtown though. Newly refurbished place, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The little terrace is a nice add-on. Large minibar in room. Beautiful pool with large and nice outdoor area. Large garage with valet-service. Alternatively, the hotel reimbursed a part of UBeR costs. Beautiful restaurant area.

The room was not cleaned daily, unfortunately. The breakfast is also restaurant -style, but the breads were frozen and could not be eaten anymore. The hotel and breakfast are expensive and an extra resort fee of 35 dollars a day is added to the bill, for services that in other hotels are included in the room prize. That’s a bit weird. Staff could really be more friendly, also.

Nice hotel but construction meant I got very little sleep.

I’ve stayed a few times. Very modern and nice sized rooms. Comfortable beds and good showers.

There was construction work going on and when I checked in, reception told me it would begin at 7am. That was fine as I get up then for work anyway. The drilling and banging started at 5am!! I had just flown in and I was in desperate need of sleep. It was awful. I had to then drive to Malibu for a full day of intense work and I was exhausted.

Great location & relaxing vibe.

Lived the whole vibe of the hotel from the artworks to the staff. Phillip & Noah in particular were extremely helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It would have been nice to have tea making in the room with fresh milk & complimentary bottled water.

The location was very good, the lobby of the hotel & pool area was lovely and the front of house staff were always friendly.

my views have since changed due to firstly the noise that starts at 6am every morning from the building site which our room backed onto this did ruin our stay and secondly also our room did not get cleaned every day. However we did not complain about these things as we were there a few days and we do not like to complain. however our biggest disappointment was that we had asked for some dry cleaning to be done 3 days before we were due to check out… it stated 24hour dry cleaning. we asked on check out where this was to be told it would be with our belongings when we came to collect them later that day, they were not. The hotel said they would post our items however once I have sent the address all my messages have been Ignored.. not only that we have been charged for the dry cleaning bill. for such a beautiful hotel with lovely staff it does not seem 5*

A great hotel that I would recommend to others and somewhere that I will return to in the future.

Location was great for our needs. The availability of parking was a deciding factor. The rooms were nice, although they feel a little tired and should be refreshed. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

The bar closed very early and we were turned away at 9.50pm even though I believe it said they were open until 10pm. Not good service for a guest staying for 5 nights. Luckily Zack the barman heard about this the following day and gave us a round of drinks to apologise. The room service was also very slow and we waited over an hour for it to arrive. No apology was made when we had to call and check if it was actually coming. Your staff should be aware that a simple phone call to update or apologise would be appreciated. Some of the staff seemed to be inexperienced and unsure/unaware of certain levels of service expectations. It was explained as a labour shortage which seemed to be a convenient way of brushing it off.
