I loved the hotel’s fun, creative vibe and unique character — the rock ‘n’ roll-inspired design really makes it stand out. The location was perfect for exploring West Hollywood, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The pool area and bar had a great energy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The front office and bar staff were always on spot, kind and efficient!!!!

I'll likely be back to this cool boutique West Hollywood spot.

Hotel Ziggy is a cool hotel, with a fun vibe and a lot of style. There's a real energy to the place that makes for a festive stay. Live music is a bonus, if you're interested in that sort of thing.

Nothing really on the downside... room felt a little small, didn't have any real view of note.

Great location on Sunset Blvd. We enjoyed the music theme of the hotel and the live music. The Pizza Girl was conveniently down the hall from our room. We had breakfast there each day. Dog friendly.

Awesome place, proper LA

Really cool vibes, met loads of lovely people! Margarita hour was a nice touch, we were made to feel really welcome by everyone at Ziggy. Clean, spacious rooms by the pool and slept really well. Will definitely be back for another trip!

The stay was great

The room itself was big and very comfy. A big storage room too. The Hotel was at ideal location that we could walk on the sunset strip, a lot of things were nearby and everything was easily approachable by Uber. LA itself is very car dependent but the hotel location was good enough to roam around easily and take a short uber. The pool was also great and the live music scene in the hotel was also nice.

The restaurant wasn't anything special, and it did annoy us that we ordered breakfast one day which was average but costed us 60 dollars. Los Angeles being very car dependent is also something that I don't like because I like to move around on foot or public transport

The stay was fun. We'd come back!

The hotel was music themed and it was a really cool spot for photos! We really enjoyed how friendly the staff was especially at the bar and restaurant. We sat and chatted with the bartender while he wasn't busy and really enjoyed the conversation.

The room had a strong cleaner smell. We KNEW it was clean but the smell was a bit overpowering.

The property is good not booking. Com

The hotel staff are very helpful and tried to assist and accommodate my request since booking. Com didn't help me and was actually neglected me during the process of booking I should have directly booked with the property.

I don't like how booking. Com responded with my inquiry and problem. And was not helpful at all and even put me on hold for 2hrs and just let me be on the line because the call center agent don't want to pass me with the manager and don't wanna listen. It's really frustrating and made my birthday ruined.

The stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and provided us with essential information about tours and activities in the area. The hotel's location was excellent for us.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit outdated. The air conditioner in the room was old and made a lot of noise during the night, and it did not cool as expected. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Nice hotel, very cozy and comfortable

Great hotel, close to the main attractions in the city. The hotel hosts shows at night, but you can’t hear anything from the rooms. Valet parking is quite expensive ($65/night) but you have the convenience of getting your car whenever you want.

The front desk didn’t answer any of the times I called to have the trash picked up, but other than that, it’s a very good hotel!

Fab location, cool hotel, great value for money

A very cool and quirky hotel right on sunset boulevard. It’s great value for money, the room was clean and the bathroom seemed really new and well designed. The pool area is great, there’s also a nice hangout space by the reception and had a really nice cocktail in the hotel bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. It’s just opposite the comedy club so went there for the evening and great to be able to just walk back!

There was a little noise from the room next door (music), but they do warn you of potential music noise when you check in and to be honest it was minimal. The plus points of the hotel far outweigh this.

We think the price is a little high for the room, especially with add-ons for parking and our dog.

Our room was comfortable and very clean.The staff polite and friendly, especially the daytime valet.

We stayed at the hotel about a year ago, and weren't crazy about the restaurant, so we didn't eat there this time and didn't reply to the second bonus question regarding the restaurant.

Location and boutique style hotel. Pizza girl just opened a window and that was awesome.

I’ve noticed they have let the property and rooms go a bit. I stayed here when they first opened and the rooms were more equipped and also they would leave dog goodies bags and beds inside the room. They also use to lets dogs stay free… which is what brought me back this last time. Not only are they not free now, but there is 150 charge… that’s more than the higher end properties on the strip. Also there is an automatic service fee/tip that is charged to each bar item but I was not told about that. So I was paying almost 30 dollars for a glass of red wine because I was tipping on top of the already high prices. Not cool.

Primo location, great rooms and a fabulous pool. What more do you need?

Hotel Ziggy is in the prime location. The rooms are huge, the pool is fantastic, the bar is wonderful, the staff are super friendly, the daily marg hour and happy hour are the cherry on top. Will be out new go-to when visiting WeHo.

The showers (which seem to be a standard in Hollywood hotels so not specifically a Ziggy issue) are horrible. The water pressure is almost painful and it is especially difficult to use in a tiny bathroom. A modern, detchaable showerhead would make our stay a 12/10.
