The hotel staffs were rather helpful and friendly but that is where all the positives are.
Now the bad.
The rooms are on first or 2nd floor and many faces the main road, imaging sleeping with drunks shouting outside your window and loud cars zooming past. Especially the first floor room that we had.
There is no thermostat in the room, you cant adjust the temperature and have to message the staff to make adjustment by sending "i'm hot" or "I'm cold". No, you cant send "i'm horrified" by this arrangement, it wasnt an option on the messaging app. One of the nights, we sent the "i'm cold" message 3 times across more than an hour before noticing any changes.
The minibar is so stocked with super expensive drinks that we cant even fit 1 bottle in it. Dont drink the water, it will cost you 7 bucks.
Parking over night at $25 is quite reasonable but the garage door requires you to phone the staff to open. Yet another strange arrangement.
Cant recommand this place. The minimial standard for any hotel to meet is that guests should be able to sleep with minimal noise at a room temperature comfortable for them. They cant even do that.
