Excellent accommodation and perfect location.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The hotel location was excellent - just a block from Santa Monica Blvd. We could walk to choose from a variety of restaurants, bars, etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Parking was expensive - $65/night. We also had a problem with one of the lights in the room that was on a movement sensor. It kept switching on when we were already in bed. The front desk seemed to be aware of the problem and suggested we stuff a scarf or other material in the overhead light to block it.

The perfect spot for the weekend to explore.

Great location in West Hollywood, everything we wanted walking distance. Rooms were big and comfortable. The rooftop pool was great and the restaurant facilities at the roof also fantastic

Very bad sound isolation. The housekeepers room seemed to be right next to me and they were really loud. I could even hear people walking upstairs, the floors were squeaky. I paid for a late checkout but anyway the housekeeping came to my room and woke me up and the front desk called my room before the check out. Weird, however small charges to my room that I was not aware of.

Such a beautiful room, I loved the bathroom, lighting, bed, all so great!

I could hear everything above me like bed squeak, floor boards, hallway, when ever someone came back to room it woke me up late at night. Partyers near me at 4 am kept me up.

Great location in WeHo, beautifully appointed room, very nice pool area, cozy bar. Bar staff were super friendly & fun.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel (and I’ve stayed in hundreds) that doesn’t service the rooms daily. This hotel only services every 3 days which, for the price is ridiculous. Some reception staff need to learn to smile.

A pleasant small hotel in West Hollywood.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay in a hip and lively area of Los Angeles. The pool on the roof was pleasant with a wonderful view of LA. Breakfeast was good, even though the aircondition was too cold, but there was a nice patio. The front desk as always available, helpful and friendly.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Improvement

The only thing I liked about the property was the location.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I entered my room, I noticed what I thought were just a few stray insects. Unfortunately, it turned out to be drain flies, which were both disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. At first, I second-guessed myself, thinking it might be a fluke. But as the stay went on, they continued to appear. When I brought this up to the front desk, their only response was a flat, “Thanks for letting us know.” No apology, no empathy, and certainly no offer to move me to a different room or provide any kind of solution. I expected more professionalism and concern—especially when you’re paying a premium. On top of that, the room I was assigned required a long walk down a hallway and then downstairs—with no elevator access in sight. At check-in, the staff never asked whether I was physically able to carry luggage down stairs, which should absolutely be part of the check-in process, especially in a hotel that spans multiple levels without proper accessibility. Suggestions for improvement: Ensure rooms are pest-free before guest check-in and act promptly if issues are reported. Train front desk staff on how to respond with basic empathy and offer real solutions. Ask guests if they have mobility concerns before assigning rooms that require navigating stairs. Offer room changes or assistance when a guest raises a legitimate issue like pests or accessibility challenges. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the cost or expectations. I hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and implements real changes.

Rooms are nice decor with lots of space, the beds are comfortable.

Noise! Noise and more noise! If you like falling asleep to footsteps stomping around stay here. Also the pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos.

Lovely little boutique hotel in cute location

I love how spacious our bedroom was with 2 queen beds. I love the decor in the hotel lobby and the restaurant area. All the staff at the restaurant area were so kind. I love the roof top pool area.

I didn’t like that I had no access to the stairs. I have claustrophobia and it didn’t state there were not access to stairs to our room when I booked the property. I didn’t like that the bathroom door would not close all the way and was flimsy and came off its hinges. I didn’t like that the balcony view was ugly with views of bins and no sunlight at all, completely shaded by buildings in front. I didn’t like that the pool area closed so early, I wanted to stay up there longer and I didn’t like that the roof top pool area had no bar.

Noisy rest over air pillows.

Rooms are nice, spacious with decent toiletries. Pillows are air pillows, never knew those even existed but they're quite uncomfortable and at +$300/night I expect quality pillows not something that feels like a balloon. The staff was very friendly, btw.

Noise.. You could hear any noise around from the adjacent rooms, the alarms from other people's phones, conversations, showers. The walls are literally cardboard.

Terrible hotel who had Jo regard to their paying guests

Terrible front staff who are happy to blame the issue to the IT people when clearly your role is to ensure your guests are confortable instead the duty manager makes me sit outside at the lobby for over an hour at 3am in the morning until his IT people could sort out access to the room I have paid for when I needed it? Not tomorrow but this morning!!!

Valet parking is extremely expensive. They did not clean up my room as expected, but they mentioned I should notify the front desk to have it cleaned. There was too much noise in my room during the night from the room upstairs, and I was with my 11-month-old infant. The night was not good

Great stay in hollywood

The room is big and my daughters loved the pool on the roof. The staff was very nice and helpful, we appreciated having new bottles of water every day.

The price for the valet parking is a bit excessive (65$) considering that there wasn't a clear alternative. The room service is also quite expensive.
