The pool was big and kinda private. The patio, balconies, and grill were nice to have and we enjoyed those aspects very much.

The surround sound system did not work and the TV was outdated. Another thing is there was a cockroach trap with a dead one on top of it. We also noticed there was visible evidence of bedbug treatment in the bedrooms. Another bad aspect was how the bed in the master bedroom was only a full while the other bedrooms got a queen. The backyard shrubbery could have been cleaned up a bit. The couch was a bit disgusting, with visible stains and black marks.

It was very clean and comfortable and there was no problem with entry. I do not usually stay in rental homes but we were traveling with a group and we wanted to be together so this was a wonderful option.

Clean, big spaces, everything needed

The price was great and the property was very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi password that was given to me did not work. I tried contacting the property management company several times. I contacted customer service, and the owners with no response all weekend. The smell was musty and the dwelling is so dark. Even in the bathrooms it was difficult to see well. Several of the light bulbs were burned out throughout the house and the towels were really worn and musty smelling. We washed our towels before using them. The house needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance on fixtures throughout.
