It was very clean and comfortable and there was no problem with entry. I do not usually stay in rental homes but we were traveling with a group and we wanted to be together so this was a wonderful option.

Clean, big spaces, everything needed

The house was well appointed with nice touches like the toiletries. We enjoyed the outside spaces from the communal pool and terraces. This property is located outside of central Moab in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood.

We liked everything but we didn't realise two of the three bedrooms where upstairs and we were travelling with young children and elderly people who all struggled with the stairs. But that's not the Fault of the property but worth noting.

The price was great and the property was very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi password that was given to me did not work. I tried contacting the property management company several times. I contacted customer service, and the owners with no response all weekend. The smell was musty and the dwelling is so dark. Even in the bathrooms it was difficult to see well. Several of the light bulbs were burned out throughout the house and the towels were really worn and musty smelling. We washed our towels before using them. The house needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance on fixtures throughout.
