Clean amenities with large kitchen

Clean, location
Not that it's a dislike but you should be aware of:
Vertical blinds in den are all but inoperable. Kitchen table needs to be at least restained on surface and leg bottoms. Just maintenance items

The area was quiet. The condo was nice and roomy. Pool area was nice.
Bathroom had rotting wood around tub. Infested with ants. Contacted the owner and never got a response. The tub spout was pulling out of the tub . The shower curtains were moldy. We cleaned the floors ourselves. Floors were filthy. Sheets were low grade and kept slipping off of the bed. Yet we got a request to assist the cleaners and place our sheets and towels in the wash before we left. That was disappointing.
