Clean with extra bedding and towels readily available. Owners were responsive with messages. Location close to town and Arches National Park.
There were no toiletries in the master bathroom, not even hand soap. The sink also was clogged and we had standing water until my husband unclogged it after several days.

This was the first floor apartment so the people walking above us or irritating.
This was a first floor condo, so we could hear the people on the second floor walking a lot.

I liked being away from Moab and the living area, dining/kitchen space
There were not 4 bedrooms, just two cots as the fourth bed space. Master bedroom window didn't close, master bedroom sink drained very slowly. Washing machine left stains in clothes.
