6H Spacious RedCliff Condo, Pool & Hot Tub

Location was superb. The building had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Amenities were amazing.

The AC unit was very loud. Also, this isn't really a complaint, but the nest thermostat said that there may be a cooling problem? Our stay was comfortable, but that might be a problem for the future.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with awesome views. The staff was very friendly and most helpful planning our park visit. Nathan was just the best.

So nice to have the pool right there and the condo was very spacious.

Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be nice since we couldn't adjust the temperature in the condo.

Big, three-bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable. Had most of what you need. Location is about five miles south of town.

We rented two different apartments from this company a few days apart between our camping trip. While the apartment was fine, I have to say that the property management is terrible. Checkout is 10am. I asked for a late checkout and they said that they couldn’t do it. I tried to call them but no one answered (turns out it was on a line that goes through Booking.com and they said it doesn’t accept phone calls). And then I texted them and asked them to call me and got no response for almost three hours. I sent another text complaining about their checkout time and the fact that they couldn’t extend it at all, explaining that 95% of the hotels and B&Bs in the country have 11am or noon checkouts and most will always extend at least an hour beyond that if you ask. After not responding for almost three hours when I requested a call, they immediately responded to this request and said they were “disappointed by the demanding tone of my recent messages.” But even though they originally said they couldn’t extend checkout the first time, somehow they miraculously gave us an extra hour the second time (which means they didn’t even try the first time). After working in the hotel industry for five years when I was young and then managing three short term rental properties in Hawaii for seven years when I was older, I have to say that this is extremely poor property management. First, you don’t try to accommodate a guest’s request, then you criticize their tone when they complain. Plus, about an hour after you arrive, they text you and start talking about checking out the next day, and they say it’s not required but if you can put the sheets and towels in the washer and start the machine, take the trash out, etc., they’d appreciate it. That's not a reasonable request when you're paying the price charged for this apartment. I think the owners of this apartment should look for new property managers.
