Spanning 1,600 square feet across two levels, the condo is thoughtfully laid out for comfort and relaxation. Penny’s place was amazing! We came down so I could run the Moab 240 this past week and we were successful in this endeavor! This condo was near all of the crew accessible aid stations and Moab itself making it easy for my partner and friends to get supplies, do laundry, and get to different parts of the race without difficulty. Also, the area was quiet and space was very accommodating to all of our needs. The place is also pet friendly. Penny was amazing at communication if we had questions or issues. It would definitely be a great vacation spot that we will come back to in the future! Highly recommend this location!

We ran out of garbags and paper towels there wasn't any extras. There was no dishwasher soap.
The floors were dusty you could see the layer of dirty when you got to the top of the floor.We swept the floor and mopped it. The owner called me and said the neighbor was complaining because we parked in the way and we was parked in a parking spot in front of the neighbors place. I have photos of the neighbor double parking vehicles and the other neighbor parked his pick and trailer in across the garage and took up a lot of space. Condo is locate in the middle of two other condos so you get the noise from both sides.
