Cabin was easily accessible. Cabin, public restrooms, and showers were all very clean. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and the room was pest free. We loved having a pool and hot tub to relax at the end of the day.
The bushes that framed our driveway were so thick that they scraped both sides of the vehicle when entering and exiting our parking space, even when I took the time to orient the vehicle so I was going straight in.

We stayed in a Airstream and it was such a cool experience. Good location.
Aircon was a bit temperamental. Sometimes wasn’t cold enough during the day

Lots of activities for the kids. Playground, pool, yard chess, checkers. Laundry and dishwashing stations for those staying in the area longer. Showers and bathrooms are shared but decent and adequate for the size of the facility.
Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and grounds starting to show age and use. Mini golf isn’t very useful, bench outside our cabin was obliterated with bird poop.

Nearness to Arches, Canyon-lands and Dead Horse parks
The cabin was mixed in with RVs. The cabin seemed old and run down. The cabin was extremely small. Hardly any room to maneuver around the bed.
