Overall good experience and location was close to town
Few items of improvement:
Pots and pans need refreshing, almost couldn’t cook on them
Lack of cleaning supplies for kitchen (I.e. one sponge with such bad pans is almost impossible)
Bathroom supplies (i.e. toilet paper was not stocked)

We loved the space and quiet area at little outside of Moab. Thankfully everyone adhered to the proper speed limit, cause we saw a lot of policemen pulling people over.
The place was perfect, especially with the garage and 3 bedrooms. The views are amazing from the couch.
We loved a few walks( Lions Park) and dinners out(Deweys) in town.
We left in partial fog after a night of constant rain, that was needed.
We will return to Moab many times and gotta say, winters there are special with so many locals out and about.

Was a little disappointed in the condition of the home
1) Feel the home wasn't very clean, dog hair on the floor, the floors in the hallway a lot of dirt .
2) Dark Brown sheets in Master bed were awful - rough, didn't fit and dog hair over them. We did switch them out with some we found in the closet - much better - I would suggest throwing them out.
3) The big couch is in rough shape - no padding in the extended part of the chair, and some chairs the leather is rubbing off.
4) The shower curtain in the master bed is nasty - look at it enough said.
5) Kitchen was nicely stocked
