It was very convenient to a wedding venue that we went to. The condo was clean and quiet. Kitchen had a good amount of pots and pans. There was a nice set of washer and dryer with large capacity. The outside patio is nice.

We were grandparents with mid thirties children and their baby. The buck is a double on ground floor and twin above. We stayed in that room and double is too small for two adults. So one of us stayed on top bunk. Ugh! We gave the queen room to the couple with baby. I feel like the rooms were advertised as one room with queen, and second room with queen and twin. That’s not the case. But we made it work since once prepayment was complete, and since it’s not a hotel there is no real change that we could do last minute. Also the couch b d looked uncomfortable. I think the capacity of this place is 4 adults period!

Le seul bémol était le lit d’appoint pliable que nous avons dû utiliser et il n’est pas très confortable. Également, nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes et il manquait quelques couettes supplémentaire

Nice place, quiet neighborhood.

We had a whole dinner planned for the grill. Fired it up, put the steaks on and some veggies to grill and when I came back 10 minutes later, the grill was off. OUT OF PROPANE! Dinner is half cooked. Too late to call someone and there was no spare tank that I could find. This was a big miss and caused us to have to go out for dinner and toss the half cooked food. I'm very disappointed because the remainder of our stay in Moab was amazing. Please keep a spare tank on the property or make sure the tank is full!
