Perfect for families, couples, mountain bikers, Jeep enthusiasts, and National Park visitors, this home offers easy access to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, hiking and biking trails, OHV routes, and Moab's incredible red rock landscapes.
One of the home's standout features is its incredible outdoor living space. Take in panoramic views of the iconic red rocks and the La Sal Mountains from the private rooftop deck, or unwind on the secluded back patio, which is naturally tucked into the surrounding sandstone. (Please admire the rock formations from a safe distance—climbing on them is dangerous.)

This is a very quiet, cozy, pet friendly place close to trails, town, and a gas station. We were able to ride our side by side from the condo to some of the trails. Easy walk to see the sunset on the rocks. Plenty of parking on the street for trailers. Very clean. The VRBO was very accommodating, very quick to respond to any of our communications. We had a great time. No complaints.

We were a group of 3 adult couples in town for some mountain biking and sightseeing. The space was great for us. Each pair had their own bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities are on site. We especially liked having two different patio areas to relax and stargaze in the evenings. The garage is a nice feature for folks traveling with bikes or other toys you don't want to leave outside unattended. All in all a fantastic place to stay that's a bit outside of Moab proper.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Navigating our arrival was so easy and the layout and condition of the property was perfect for my family. The only comment I have is that the air intake vent of the air conditioner was located in the kitchen which was in a central part of the house and was so noisy and loud when it ran that we had significant difficulty carrying on a conversation or hearing the TV. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks!
