Wonderful family friendly apartment, Perfect in every way!

Perfect location, clean laundry facilities, wonderful apartment space, all pots and pans and necessary cooking items were available. One slight leaky faucet, when manager was contacted, it was fixed immediately that day.

We had the best vacation of our lifetime and we really enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back.

The location wasn’t far from the beach. Had to walk about a quarter mile. I liked the outdoor hose and shower. I liked how there was access to a washer and dryer in the courtyard so we could was towels. The property was mostly clean. I also loved that it was right near Carlsbad village. Everything you need is within walking distance. So many great restaurants and shops.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a list of detailed instructions regarding WiFi password and location of washer and dryer. I kept having to text the host to find out this info. She was pretty responsive though so it wasn’t a huge issue. I also didn’t like that the handles on the nightstand kept falling off and the twister to open the blinds kept coming off in the kitchen but we were able to put them back on. I also was expecting more of a beach view. It said “sea view” which we could see the sea from the porch but not much. These are minor issues and I would probably stay here again. We ended up paying about 500$/night which I thought was a bit much. Also, it’s advertised that there are 2 sofa beds but there’s only 1. That wasn’t an issue for us though.

All of the above was overlooked due to proximity of beach and the Village.

Full kitchen with appliances, coffee to get us started, bar stools and table with chairs, close to the beach, close to a restaurant/bar, beach chairs and toys available, no key locks

One bedroom window was left open, scary for older women in an unfamiliar place, we had to purchase toilet paper, no extra rolls, furniture needs to be cleaned (body odor in green chair), queen bed sagged in the middle, like you were sleeping in a heavy person's spot due to memory foam. Also, I rented due to the ad of a king bed, queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas...there was only one.

Perfect place to rest after travelling in US. Great location at beautiful beach, nice city of Carlsbad in walking distance. Nearest place to eat and drink just around the corner. In the apartment we found everything we might need, great separate bedrooms and cozy patio.

Great place!!

Great location for walking to the beach and all over Carlsbad. 3 blocks from the Village train station. Ask for unit 7 it's the best of all. Outdoor courtyard is a gem not found in other nearby rentals. Very clean well supplied kitchen. Really comfy bed. Angel was the best greeter! And she gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and places to visit.
