This comfy studio is located right on the beach in Carlsbad. It is within walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, and entertainment Carlsbad has to offer. This condo has a Murphy bed that can be tucked away during the daytime and brought down for sleeping and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. Enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, beautiful sunsets, and playing in the ocean. The home has a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the supplies needed for cooking or barbecuing.

Pets on approval, for an additional fee.
This condo is not equipped with central air conditioning. We do provide fans.
This condo does not have cable.
Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

This place is unbeatable—right on the ocean with a fantastic patio for reading and watching sunsets. Just a short walk to great Carlsbad restaurants and only a block from miles of scenic beachfront trails. Can’t wait to come back!

I had read previous reviews and wasn't expecting the great vibe this place has. Loved the private patio on top of the beach, the bed was comfy, the kitchen small but functional. I did move one chair around to view the TV. Everything was sparkling clean and the view fantastic, of course. You could hear upstair renters but to be expected from an older building. Would definitely rent again.
