This home is located within minutes of the finest beaches, Legoland, and restaurants and just a quick drive to Four Season's Aviara Golf Course, La Costa Resort, and Spa. Go South on Interstate 5 to be close to Encinitas, Art, Del Mar Racetrack, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and SeaWorld. Jump on the Coaster and visit downtown San Diego, Harbor, and the World Famous Zoo. This condo is also within driving distance of water parks, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Casinos, Disneyland, and Knotts Berry Farm.

The location is perfect right on the beach with easy access to get down to the water. Parking was relatively easy for our entire stay without having an assigned parking spot. The condo was very clean and the view is beautiful. Walking distance to a lot of places or a short drive. Definitely recommend this spot and look forward to visiting again. Only downside is there was no gate code to the condo front door and someone did walk down trying to open windows while we were there during the day. The host company was notified, so I recommend just closing and locked windows while you’re out during the day.

We selected the property based 100% on the location and you cannot beat it. Literally the ocean is right out the window. No highway or streets to cross as it is right there. We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. It severely needs a new paint job, cabinets, and counters. There is also a unit above and next door so if they are occupied it can be annoying. We heard the people above us every morning at 7:00 am. The wifi also went out and we were not given a number local to call. I called the 1-800 number and all they told me is they are short staffed. So far, I have not been impressed with VRBO. I would still recommend this unit if being right on the beach is important to you (and it was to us). If you want updated paint, cabinets, etc probably not for you. Parking was only a minor hassle for us but probably worse during high season.
