We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome. We spent Christmas with our family and had a great time. The hosts were incredible and answered all of our questions ASAP. We had a very minor issue and they solved it instantly. Place was clean and very close to the downtown village so we could walk everywhere. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay during a family event. The property is near the beach and restaurants. Garage parking was very convenient. The house had plenty of ‘staples’ to tide us over for the few days. So nice to not need to buy dishwasher detergent and simple things. We would definitely stay again if back in the area

The location of this property in Carlsbad is perfect. Its close to beach and close to many restaurants. The property is new with lots of spare. The downstairs rooms with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) was good for the kids. The host Amy was responsive and very helpful.

We three adults stayed six nights in this new, fresh, bright condo. We used only the two upstairs bedrooms, but the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a washer/dryer would be very useful for a family. Note that there is quite a long interior stairway from the entry-level to the upstairs living level. We loved the location which allowed us to walk just a couple of blocks to Carlsbad State Beach. We enjoyed beach walks every morning with a stop for coffee on the way back to the condo. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. One of the best parts about this condo is its two-car garage. We happened to be in Carlsbad during the Carlsbad marathon weekend. The town was crowded and every parking spot was filled. It was so great to be able to park our cars in the condo's garage and walk to see the race and festivities. As the listing notes, this condo is very close to the railroad tracks. We bought some earplugs for sleeping which worked perfectly. While we didn't take advantage of any of the beach toys and towels, they are provided. Communication with the manager was a delight and she provided great information about favorite restaurants, weather forecasts for planning, and answered questions. We would absolutely rent this condo again.

We were in town for a wedding and looking for a property within walking distance to all the venues and hotels associated with the wedding. This condo was perfect. It seems everything you’d want is within a 5 minute walk. The condo was spotless with a garage to leave the car you won’t need in. My 11 and 13 yo loved the bunk beds in the first level. The primary was spacious with a very nice shower and walk in closet. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and will put this place at the top of our list when we come back to Carlsbad.

This is our first time renting this space (she has a larger condo in same complex) and we loved it! It is beautiful and such a good use a space for a family or a group. Great amenities and steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communicating with Amy is so easy and she’s very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful visit to Carlsbad and this condo was ideal. We were here for a soccer weekend and this place was perfectly placed between the fields, the ocean and shops and restaurants. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking or eating in so I can’t speak to the kitchen amenities but there was no need with all the choices of food within walking distance. My favorite part of the house was our use of the garage to park. The street parking is pretty crowded because of the area and parking in the garage felt so much safer. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this home with 4 other women for a local running race. It was very clean, the host communicated well and it had everything we needed! My husband came with my daughters before we arrived to drop off our groceries and my 6 year old daughter said "it's basically my dream home!" Because it has 2 bunk beds and TVs in the rooms- hah! I appreciated that the host reached out when I first booked and indicated that it may be tight for 8 adults (I had originally not known our final headcount). I agree that 5-6 adults would be the maximum based on not just size of rooms/beds but the common area being fairly small. The master suite is VERY large but the second bedroom upstairs is small and would be tight with 2 people. The location is incredible!! Very close to the ocean path, beach, restaurants, shopping. The train is nearby but it didn't bother me at all. I noticed there were ear plugs in the end table drawer in case you need them. One last thing- one review mentioned no door on downstairs bathroom but now there is one. Overall we had a great stay! Thank you!

There is so much to tell about this place. Location was great one block 1/2 to beach, Food and shopping around the corner. Parking great. I think we only left once, there was no reason to drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance. Love the coffee great selection. Master bedroom was perfect. Great view, quite and clean.

The condo was new, clean, and comfy. The living/kitchen area was smaller then we anticipated. We stayed for 6 days and it was a bit cramped for my 8 and 10 year old and my husband and I. My daughters didn’t have another area to hang out and relax in. The location was amazing! It was so nice being able to walk to the village and the beach every day! The only complaints we have are the train goes by and blares it’s horn throughout the night and morning and did wake all of us up. So that affected our sleep. Also, the water pressure in the condo was super low and it made our showers not as enjoyable as we are used too. Even with these two complaints we’d still return!

We traveled to Southern California for a soccer tournament. This unit was perfect for the trip. There was enough room for the teens to have their own space. The location was walking distance to the beach and terrific local restaurants. The kitchen / living area is a bit small, but that is expected in the this area. The half bath on the bottom floor is a bit of an odd configuration without a door. With multiple people in the bunk room, the addition of a door there would be ideal. The unit has a two-car garage for off street parking and secure entrance to the condo. Owner was terrific and communication was very good. Highly recommend this condominium.
