About this apartment rental

Charming 3 bedroom front unit of new condo complex called 'village walk', located at 341 OAK AVE, About 1200 sq. ft., excellent location just two blocks from beach and a block off Carlsbad Village blvd, very walkable to many restaurants, shops and music venues!

Includes private 2 car garage, high speed wifi, and blackout shades in all bedrooms.
Coastal train station near by.

For extended crowd, we have additional units available in same complex.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO condo! Super clean and the location was fantastic! Communication with the owner was easy and her response time was quick! Our family (ages 23-55) highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome. We spent Christmas with our family and had a great time. The hosts were incredible and answered all of our questions ASAP. We had a very minor issue and they solved it instantly. Place was clean and very close to the downtown village so we could walk everywhere. We can’t wait to come back!
