Carlsbad Beach Oasis+HotTub

We're a family of 7 and this comfortable, welcoming home had plenty of space for us. The host is great and responded quickly to any concerns or questions that came up. We shopped at Costco and Trader Joe's (both are close) for food and enjoyed grilling and eating outside every evening, which was wonderful. We dashed into Van's Grocery Store around the corner if we needed anything else. We saw cottontailed rabbits, hummingbirds, and different kinds of lizards and birds every morning and evening. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is well-maintained, quiet, and safe. Easy acess to the freeway, yet no freeway noise or smells. It is located very close to Legoland and Carlsbad beaches. We also ventured further away to explore the USS Midway, San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and LaJolla Beach. With moderate traffic, I believe these excursions were maybe a 40-minutue drive (?). The kids loved eating at In-And-Out Burger but mostly we prepped healthy food and snacks to take with us, so we appreciated having a big refrigerator, an awesome gas stove, and an outdoor grill. I took a poll, and everyone agreed that we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Had all we needed for our one night stay; clean; comfortable beds

We had a very pleasant stay; rooms were clean and comfortable, nice size rooms. Plenty of seating, nice backyard; I don't think I would change anything. The location was great and convenient to the local market, just down the street. i would definitely stay at this location again.
