We are San Diegos North county Coastal Beach area at the top of the hill above South Carlsbad Batiquitos Lagoon above. Four Seasons Hyatt Resort and Golf Course, one mile To carlsbad State Beach and 1/2 mile to Four Seasons Resort Sleep in an 800 sq foot master bedroom above the Valleys Lagoon

Find joy in the Soaring views of La Costa Valley and Four Seasons Golf Course. Legoland one exit north, Worlds best bird watching for city is this area of Carlsbad Lagoon. Overall impression of our stay was very good. House is very eclectic in its decoration and the backyard is outstanding. Dining area close to kitchen was great for family get togethers. Everything we needed for our 4 day stay was here for us. Like most of the San Diego area there is no A/C but nights are cool and we slept well. Homeowner provided us with plenty of portable fans which made a big difference. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and our 6 year old grandson enjoyed his bedroom with sliding wood doors. For those staying for longer than a few days there is no immediate access to washer/dryer but homeowner is more than willing to arrange for it to be done. Neighborhood is very very quiet. One of the other and important things about this home is the flexibility of the homeowner and access to them. We needed access before 3 pm check in day and upon request it was granted as my 3year old granddaughter must take naps in the afternoon. House is located 5 minutes from Legoland and @10 minutes from downtown Carlsbad and the beach. Shopping & restaurants are also very close. Our family of 6 adults & 2 small children enjoyed our stay.

The house is rightly situated in a nice and calm Carlsbad community. It was quite big (exactly as shown in pictures) with great artwork. Our friends and family loved the house..specially backyard was green and big for the kids to run around while you can sit comfortably and sip coffee. We would love to come back here again..
Last but not least, home owner Liza was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions and even recommended places to visit.Overall great stay will highly recommend !!

We rented this great home from Liza as my father had passed away and our big family was coming from all parts of the United States to attend the funeral at Miramar National Cemetery.
I actually met Liza who was there making sure the place was good to go for us. She was very helpful in answering all questions and anything that we might need. She was very compassionate to our situation and went out of her way to make sure we were all comfortable.
My oldest son Jason was very appreciative as they had just escaped Hurricane Henry before it slammed into Houston.
The home is very warm and peaceful with all the art and tranquility. We had a minor issue with the freezer but I texted her and she was very prompt in getting back to us.
The House is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and other attractions.
We really were impressed with the place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax while visiting Southern California.
Thank you Liza for letting us use your home for a few nights as we celebrated the life of our Dad. Your place made it that more special and for that, we will always be greatful.
