The master suite upstairs, “Seashore,” features a king bed and an ensuite bath with breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony. The second bedroom, “Sand Dollar,” also offers a king bed, while the third bedroom, “Cove,” has a full bunk bed, and the fourth, “Sand Harbor,” provides another king bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room ensures additional sleeping space for larger groups.
At the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary cookware and appliances for preparing meals. Condo was clean and welcoming, kitchen and dining room were very comfortable. Beds were uncomfortable and shower door and patio screen door come off tracks easily but didn’t impact our stay. Grill was a nice touch. Plenty of garbage bags and cleaning supplies to keep our stay fresh and clean. Spice rack was a nice amenity and plenty of cups and plates. Overall above average!

Positives: The location and view are great. The view is awesome and you can open the doors and listen to the ocean waves and enjoy the breeze. There was plenty of living space and the king beds were comfortable. You can easily walk down to the Leucadia beach or restaurants which is a major plus! Negatives: ANTS - We noticed a few ants walking on the floors and furniture at arrival. A CA native, I knew that it was best to keep the counters clean and leave no food out. Unfortunately we woke up the second morning to find a massive line of ants going from the fireplace, to the kitchen. It was a huge mess we had to deal with. We reached out to the host, and they sent someone to spray but it took too long so we cleaned them up ourselves. I have a video of the ants, it was impressive (note sarcasm). We dealt with ants the rest of the stay - although it was just the "scouts" on the floor and furniture thereafter. A note to families - the master bath has an extremely small shower. The 1st floor shower water/faucet doesn't work well. There is minimal space for toiletries.You share the building with another rental. Unfortunately the renters below us had a smoker who enjoyed smoking on the back deck, so I had to shut the doors to block out the smoke/odor. They also parked in our spots without asking as they had a number of visitors. There is also a strong natural gas odor that emanates from the dryer when it is running. I would stay again, if I couldn't find a better option
